Parkside Place is exactly where you want to be. While enjoying the panoramic view from your oversized, private deck, you can watch the boats come in and out under the Grand Glaize Bridge while sipping your morning coffee or evening drink of choice. The complex includes a beautiful lakeside swimming pool, 4 covered docks with fish cleaning stations if you’re looking to catch your next meal, free parking, free and secure high-speed WiFi, and elevators to take you down to the lake and pool deck.

During the day, enjoy relaxing on your oversized covered deck with a beautiful panoramic view of the Lake before heading down to the pool for some sun, one of four covered dock for some of the best fishing around, a local marina to pick up a boat or wave runner, or of to enjoy the endless amount of activities that the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.

By water, you are at the 19th mile marker of the main channel and the 1st mile market of the Grand Glaize Arm. By land, this condo is centrally located in Osage Beach making most necessities <5 minutes away and almost all activities and attractions just a 10-15 minute drive including golf, shopping, lakefront dining, and more!

When you’re back home and looking to relax, enjoy that beautiful sunset, catch up on the day with your free Wifi access, watch TV on one of 3 HUD Smart TVS, or challenge the rest of the family in Mortal Kombat, Joust, or Golden Tee on the Arcades.

Our condo has NO STEPS from the parking lot to the front door to worry about making it the best location for all ages and abilities. If you’d like to get down to the docks or pool, the elevator is just outside your front door. There is nothing keeping you from enjoying your stay!

BRING YOUR BOAT!
Ask about the availability of our 10x30 Boat slip. Parkside Place DOES NOT have trailer storage or a boat ramp. We recommend the public access at the Lake of the Ozarks State Park Public Beach #2 which is safe and extremely close both by water and road.

Family Time

Great place to stay. So clean! Completely updated. Fully stocked kitchen. Fun kids bunk room with video games. Perfect lake view!! Great hosts. Will stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

Everything was wonderful, from Scott's communication, to the door lock working, the furniture is great and comfortable, beds are very nice and provide a great nights sleep, the video games are fun, the view is perfect, kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, can't think of a negative thing to say. We will be returning.

Great Stay!

We brought our elderly parents for a long weekend. The condo was great for them, no stairs required. Great view of the lake and the Grand Glaize Bridge. Nice place to stay!

My wife, Heather, and I have been together since we were 16 and love to travel. Initially just the two of us, now we enjoy sharing these experiences with our young son. We’ve set out to find vacation areas that we enjoy visiting time and time again so that we can find homes that we can enjoy while traveling. It is our goal to find homes in all of our favorite areas with the goal that other families like ours can enjoy them, too. We put a lot of thought and care into ensuring that our vacation rentals have all of the comforts and essentials that we’d expect and love hearing feedback from our guests. While shopping for our own property at the Lake we immediately fell in love with this condo. There is no better place to be for getting around the lake by land or water and the panoramic views are amazing. Whether we wanted to sip coffee in the morning watching the boats drive in/out under the Grand Glaize Bridge, lay by the lakefront pool, or sip wine during the most amazing colorful sunsets, it was just what we were looking for.
