Vail International #108 is a beautifully remodeled 2BR/2BA condo overlooking the outdoor pool and hot tub. There are new Crate and Barrel couches that were installed in the summer of 2023, along with all news doors and trim which look great. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 barstools at the kitchen counter. There is a standard 12 oz coffee maker in the kitchen with coffee and filters provided. The unit also has a full size washer/dryer in the entryway.

The dining table can seat up to 6 people and has views out the sliding glass door to the outdoor pool and hot tub. There is living area has a gas fireplace and flat panel TV.

The primary bedroom has a King bed along with a balcony that looks out to the outdoor pool, hot tub and the western slopes of Vail Mountain. The primary bathroom has a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two Twins. Each bedroom has a flat panel TV. The hall bathroom has a stall shower.

Many of our past guests have commented on the great location of this unit between Lionshead and Vail Village. It's also adjacent to the Dobson Ice Arena and the Vail Public Library where the in free in town shuttle stop is located.

There is an outdoor hot tub and heated pool with views of Vail Mountain.
There are two gas grills available for guest use adjacent to the pool.

There is a small workout room on the property which includes a Peloton bike, Bodycraft Treadmill and Elliptical as well as other weights and workout equipment for guest use.
There is a common laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers on the ground floor of the building. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase.

No pets in the rental units at Vail International. There is no smoking allowed in the building.
