Crescent Beach Club is a top notch, private condo community DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH - location, location, location! Enjoy your extra-wide balcony from either the master bedroom or living room, with panoramic views of the Gulf beaches, heated pool and hot tub below, as well as Clearwater Beach just to the north. The first pictures are taken from our Gulf-side balcony, including the 60-70 foot expanse of beautiful, white beach ... you see only sand and surf! From the breakfast nook or guest room balconies, enjoy perfect views of the inter-coastal waters and the tennis (or pickleball!) courts below. Pleasure boaters, including those from the (public) sailing club across the street, are always out.

If you're looking for CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL, look no further! Upgraded couches and NEW master mattress in 2023 adds to the major 2021 makeover, including all new bedding, linens, select furniture and 'beach accessories,' plus new paint and decor throughout! The kitchen updates from a few years ago still look great, and we've now cleaned and updated all dishware, cookware, utensils, etc., plus added multiple sets of plasticware, suitable for the pool and beach! A new 55 inch Smart TV perfects the living room - same simple set up for cable and streaming in all rooms!

At 1570 square feet, our condo is one of the LARGEST 2BRs available for rent ... plenty of space to spread out, relax and enjoy! There's room for everyone, plus games and puzzles for play time and a pack-n-play included, just in case! An a new washer/dryer IN the unit. Downstairs you'll find two pools, two hot tubs, new grilling area, billiards room and fitness center (free weights, machines, treadmills, bikes, etc.) - all overlooking the beach - and tennis (or pickleball) courts. Of course, the beach is only steps away. Crescent Beach Club is a gated community, always recognized as one of the best on Sand Key.

Sand Key was named one of the TOP BEACHES in the U.S. and offers easy access to LOTS OF ACTIVITIES. Directly across the street from CBC is great shopping and eating, including Shorty's Deli, Backwaters Seafood and the world-famous Columbia Restaurant! Five minutes walk is Sand Key Park and the (public) Community Sailing Club. Just north is Clearwater Beach, with shops, restaurants, boating, fishing, etc. and the 'Beach Walk" transformation. South on Gulf Blvd. is a string of beach towns, an eclectic mix of restaurants, from gourmet to local hangouts, putt putt, parks, ice cream, etc. A bit further and you reach John's Pass, Madeira Beach and St. Pete (the new hot spot area!). Tampa is only 30 minutes away - shopping, pro sports, Busch Gardens and Ybor City! And, of course, Orlando is only 90 minutes away, with Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, etc.!
