I was compelled to write a review after reading the previous review of the property (after which I was a little apprehensive ats to what I had booked!). I needn't have worried... We decided to come to La Manga at the last minute and were lucky enough to be able to book this property. Overall, the pictures do not do show the size of the place and we were very pleasantly surprised. The apartment is really well equipped overall, especially the kitchen with all you could need to self cater all week if you wanted. We have cooked evening meals as a home from home. I like the open plan layout as it feels really spacious.
The community itself is nice, with a shop, bars and restaurants within 1 minutes walk. We tended to eat out in Los Belones, however it's nice to have to option of a local meal. The pool area is fantastic and has a pool bar which is reasonably priced.
The balcony at the front of the property has a BBQ and table for four to sit out and enjoy the nice weather, lunch and a view. It is quite a compact complex overall, and so if you are expecting to be miles away from others, then this isn't for you. We have rented in Los Molinos and El Rancho areas and would happily come here again and would also recommend to friends.
In terms of value for money (in comparison to the other places we have rented in La Manga), this is by far the best deal we have had! I shouldn't really have written this review as we would like to book again for next year.

The apartment is very tired and needs some tlc the kitchen doesn't have a lot of things you need there's not even a chopping board !!
The listing description and pictures provided were very accurate, and actually don't do justice to the resort or the condo itself. The resort is organized around several condo/duplex single family "neighborhoods, and the neighborhood in which this condo is located is very pleasant. The pool area is one of the best in the resort. Nearby is a grocery store, a pharmacy and several restaurants. The property is clean, well maintained and quiet. The owner was very helpful in providing orienting information and was very responsive to our various questions about the resort. There are several restaurants on the resort property that range from informal cafes to more "white tablecoth" settings. The golf courses are very attractive, and the tennis academy is topnotch. There seem to be a range of visitors, from families with small children to young professionals to empty nesters.
We would definitely recommend this condo to a friend.
This is a fantastic apartment for people looking for an independent holiday but with facilities to hand. The apartment and resort are both very clean and ideally placed to explore this part of spain. The apartment is walking distance to the pool / supermarket and restaurants and has all the facilities you could need. We had a fantastic family holiday, I would recommend a car then you can visit the many different beaches and villages along the coast. El Bistro on Bellaluz square (1 min walk away) is very good.Thoroughly recommend it!
Apartment was as described, actually better than we expected. Welcome poack much appreciated. Communal pool well used despite being late October.
Being a year round resort, all of the facilities were open, unlike spanish resorts which were out of season and rather quiet.
Visited Cabo de Palos with its excellent Sunday market and super sea front restaurants; Categena (an excellent boat trip, and the Roman ampitheatre), super mediterranean beaches at Cabalpe, and lunch on the pier at Los Alcazares.

O arrendamento inclui todas as taxas, toalhas, roupas de cama churrasqueira a gás na varanda, wi-fi ilimitado, uma gama completa de canais Sky e ar condicionado. Existem 3 campos de golfe, como residentes que são cobrados 50% da taxa verde pública. É aconselhável reservar o seu tee off vezes com antecedência. O clube também corre academias de golfe semanais. Há um spa com salas de tratamento, 13 de ginásio muito bem equipado, 25 metros piscina coberta, saunas, salas de vapor, etc. Bowls ao ar livre. Área de petanca. Quadra de squash. Mountain bikes podem ser contratados; mergulho e passeios a cavalo podem ser organizadas. Há um "kids club" onde as crianças mais jovens podem ser supervisionado.
