The luxury accommodations boast a refined interior styled with wood floors, granite counter tops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, richly appointed furnishings, and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen, snuggling by the fireplace, and stunning mountain views from the spacious private deck.

Guests have full use of One Ski Hill Place’s year-round amenities including indoor adult and kids’ swimming pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fire pit, sauna and steam room, fitness center, bowling alley, and media rooms. The resort is positioned at the base of Peak 8 providing easy ski-in/ski-out convenience plus access to the other peaks, the BreckConnect Gondola, and downtown. Quickly walk to the penthouse after a long day of skiing or stop for a bite at TBar, the mountain’s après hot spot. (Note: on-site amenities are subject to close during off seasons.) A free shuttle offering service to all destination points in Breckenridge is also available.

Perfect Breckenridge Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful. Perfect. True ski-in / ski-out. Loved the ski valet service. As the season-long pack mule for a family of 5 the ski valet service felt very decadent, but oh so awesome to simply boot up, walk out, and have my skis at the ready and steps from a lift. The unit was perfect. Comfortable beds, gracious spaces, and for once a kitchen that had everything. Views are amazing, loved the balcony, fireplace was great.Wish the outdoor hot tub was available, but these things happen, and the indoor pool, hot tub, and spas were awesome. I mean, really, how cool to hang in a hot tub and watch the snow cats trundle by as they groomed for the next day.Heated parking might sound unnecessary, but oh so nice to get in a warm and clean car when running into town. I think my Jeep got a little spoiled.Concierge was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our party was a family of 5, with kids ages 15, 13, and 10. We're not fussy, at all. But it was soooo nice to be able to take a break, and if the younger kids were done for the day, to be able to leave them playing Monopoly by the fireplace while the rest of us skied our faces off on Peak 7.Instructions for arrival and departure were clear and easy. As an IT and systems guy I'm picky. I can't remember any pain points. Very smooth.Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Great Family Vacation Getaway!
