This large, exclusive pool home is over 2600 sq. ft. and is loaded with entertainment equipment for the whole family!

You may pick up the guitar off the wall and make music of your own. There are lots of DVD movies for all ages. While resting those musical fingers you may enjoy the endless amount of CD's that are included for your enjoyment.

How about turning up the music and have a little dance off. There are loudspeakers mounted outside by the Tiki Bar for endless entertainment pleasures.

The family room includes a large 50" LED TV for watching sports or movies - home also comes with over 100 channels of cable to choose from.

You will find the kitchen fully equipped for enjoying homemade meals. All appliances are upgraded and modern with a center island. The stainless steel fridge has a water filter with an ice cube maker for a refreshing glass of water.
The large open dining room has painted walls that give you a feeling of dining in a wine cellar. There is an additional dining table to seat 4 guests with additional 4 bar stools located nearby to accommodate a larger family.

The oversized pool has a spa that has a beautiful waterfall flowing. The pool deck is oversized and has plenty of room to play and to soak up the sun. There is plenty of seating for 6 guests at one table and an additional 4 more guests in the 2nd table. There are also 4 large sun loungers that have comfortable cushions for those wanting to dry off after enjoying the pool water.

The Tiki Bar has its own roof with plenty of party lights for the right holiday feeling. In addition there are lots of lamps for candle lights for a comfortable candle night light. You will have lots of sun for most of the day as the sun area is south-west facing which gives the most sun. However there is also a shaded lanai for those seeking some shade.

There is a security fence, if needed for use when children are present. The pool may be heated if needed, and the pool boy visits weekly.

In front of the house there is a small Bistro seating for 4 where you can look at the sunrise in the quiet mornings while listening to the birds. Neighborhood is very family oriented as you may sit outside and watch the yellow school buses pick up school children.

Bedroom 1 - King Size Master (2 Pax)
The large master bedroom has direct access to the pool.
Master bath has a huge bathroom with double vanity sinks, a large shower and a garden tub for having a hot bubble bath.

Bedroom 2 - Queen Size Master (2 Pax)
The next suite has a queen size bed and with an en-suite bathroom that includes a shower. This room also has direct access to the pool.

Bedroom 3 - TWO Twin Size (2 Pax)
This bedroom comes with 2 twin beds and has a shared bathroom with a shower. A TV is included in this bedroom.

Bedroom 4 - TWO Twin Size (2 Pax)
This bedroom features two twin size beds and shares a bathroom with shower. There is a TV in this bedroom.

5th Bedroom/DEN - Double Sleeper (2 Pax)
The fifth bedroom is a den with the double sleeper and includes a TV with DVD and surround sound.

Will accomodate up to 10 people plus a baby.

The laundry room has an extra-large and upgraded washer/dryer plus ironing equipment.

For families with kids you will find a fold out crib with linen, a high chair, a stroller and several seats for cars.

Pool not clean

We have rented houses in this area many times prior and our experiences have always been good. This time there were good and bad things about renting this house. Check in went well, but there were no books with welcome info or instructions about household stuff. I received an email that was not accurate about trash removal. The email said there was a bench to put it in, there are trash bins around the side of the home so we put our trash there, so it was not a big deal. There were no instructions on how to use the surround sound, outdoor music, or outdoor lights. The house had a lot of little things wrong and outdated. Easily fixable. Some TVs in the bedrooms did not work. There was an alarm, but was not working. The alarms for the sliding doors do not work. Hanging lights in the kitchen did not work. There were missing blind pieces in the bedroom and dining area. Ducktape around one of the light switches. The child gate around the pool is broke off in the holes in many places. The shower heads were small and sprayed water in multiple directions. The jets in the whirlpool did not work. There were a lot of ants in the master bathroom. On the day of checkout we were still there at 9:30a and the cleaning people were knocking on the door asking if we were leaving soon. Our car was still in the driveway so they knew we were not gone yet, it kind of made us feel a little more rushed to leave even though check out was at 10am. When we arrived the pool was very dirty. I emailed about it and they said it would be clean on Monday. Monday afternoon I emailed to inform them no one came and never heard back. The pool was never cleaned in the 8 nights we stayed. We were very disappointed about the pool. It was one of the major selling points in renting the house. With some small things being taken care of, this house would be great. It has lots of space and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. It was a great neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. The décor is great too.

The house is great but....

The house is awesome but I have some feedback for the management company. 1. The grounds/yard are in desperate need of care. There are ant mounds all around the house. There are weeds in the flower bed and the flower bed is over grown to the point that it blocks the walk way to the front door. 4. Also weeds growing in the concrete throughout the property. 2. There was a leak in the garage. I believe it was condensation from the air condition unit. 3. Although they came to correct this issue the pool was not clean when we arrived. 4. The patio by the pool had ant mounds as well. 5. The blinds throughout the house need to be updated (the vertical bilnds)so they will close properly for privacy. 7. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced I could actually feel the springs. 8. There is mold in the grout in the master bedroom shower. 9. The ice maker/water on the refrigerator door was broken. Let me just reiterate the house was lovely it was nice and clean, it is very spacious. Very nice sound system, lovely property. I am just providing these details so that the management company will know to fix these items. Lastly and most important the maintenance crew never identified themselves when they came on the property. For safety reasons they should call 1st and identify themselves when they come. They often walked on the property without notification and we had kids in the pool. This happened 3 days out of the five days of our stay. I hope this helps!

Nice house, needs a little work

Overall, the house is nice -- it's a great layout, with plenty of room. We needed to call the management team to address a few issues on the first day of our stay -- some dead bugs, water leaking in the master bathroom and live bugs. The dead bugs were cleaned up for us, and the water leaking was fixed. The live bugs were not resolved. This is the sole reason for the 3 out of 5 stars. It's hard to enjoy your stay when there are bugs in the house. Take care of those, and it's a lovely house.

Disappointing

Upon entering the house and coming into the kitchen area there were signs of roaches and bugs. You could tell the house had not been rented recently. It had a musty smell and there were ants in the bathroom. Had to do our own thorough cleaning 1st before we settled in. The air conditioning seemed to be on a timer, and we didn't have control over it. The pool water was about 6'' below normal water level and had I had to fill it and clean the surface of the pool before I could enter. The bed I slept in had human hair from the previous renters, so it looked like the bed sheets were never changed. I also had to purchase my toilet paper for the bathrooms. Lights were burned out in bathroom, ice maker was not functional on refrigerator. Just very disappointed.
