The Finca Son Caimari is located on a 5000 sqm plot in the middle of orange, almond and olive trees at the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains. From the roof terrace of the finca you have a wide, wonderful view over the valley that follows. Another covered terrace with a pavilion, an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue area are located directly at the pool area, which is framed by green areas and trees: an oasis not only for families with children. The house has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other two with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, a cozy living room with panoramic windows, a fully equipped kitchen (incl. Dishwasher) and finally its own large dining area with additional kitchen counter. The equipment also offers German satellite TV and Internet (WiFi). The use of air conditioning (hot / cold) is calculated separately due to the high extra costs and can be booked optionally depending on the season. Due to its quiet but central location, Finca Son Caimari is the ideal starting point for excursions across the island and to the nearby coast.
