Two-Story Main House
The Main House at Boulder Ridge will "wow" you with unique features. This passive solar home makes a grand impression with antique chandeliers in the entryway that were salvaged from Asheville's historic Battery Park Hotel, a deluxe dog kennel under the stairs, and an exposed boulder surrounding the deck! Cook to your heart’s delight in the fully equipped kitchen and savor a meal with loved ones at the family dinner table. For a little downtime, stretch out on the wrap-around couch and watch your favorite cable TV shows in front of the fireplace, or try your hand at a game of poker at the card table, a game of darts, or indoor shuffleboard! The Cottage
The Cottage is a two-bedroom residence separate from the Main House that offers all of the comforts of home for those who need a little more room to spread out. With a flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry area, having a second home on the property is a real bonus for catering to the needs of large groups. The Cottage's king main suite has an attached full bath, and the bunk room is a favorite for kids and the young-at-heart.

"Bike Shack" Hangout Spot
Imagine pulling a stool up to the bar at the "Bike Shack" after a day full of adventures and popping open a can of beer that was brewed right down the road! (Stock up the mini-fridge - the much-loved Oskar Blues Brewery is nearby in Brevard.) The "Bike Shack" makes a fun hangout for friends of any age, and if you're a sports enthusiast, it's optimal as a headquarters to plan outings, work on equipment, and safely store all of your gear.
