Virado a Sul com amplas vistas sobre a marina, mar e costa além, o apartamento está convenientemente situado para do lado da água restaurantes e bares e apenas ao lado de uma praia abrigada segura. A marina oferece não só vela, mas uma escola de mergulho também!

Esporte: A maioria dos esportes estão disponíveis localmente, incluindo vela, mergulho, ténis, equitação e ciclismo

Golf: Há dois excelentes cursos dentro de 30 minutos projetados por Bernhard Langer e Sergio Garcia.

Interesse local: As cidades locais de Alcala de Chivert, Castellon e Peniscola com suas antigas muralhas da cidade, ruas de paralelepípedos e vista panorâmica do mar estão a 30 minutos de carro. Benicarlo também é de cerca de 25 minutos de carro e tem um mercado de peixe e vegetais diariamente. Ele também tem um excelente serviço de comboios de e para Barcelona e Valencia. A curta viagem interior e você vai encontrar-se nas montanhas com aldeias que não mudaram em séculos.

Nice and peas full apartment and arear

This was our third time visit to the apartment and ones again we had a nice and peas full holiday in Alcossebre.

We are a family of 4 and therefore the quite large apartment and the two bathrooms are very comfortable. The apartment has a lovely and large balcony with a beautiful view over the harbor.

In fact, the arear suits us perfectly. Walking distance to the city, very relaxed atmosphere, with some very good and cheap restaurants (needs reservation), and the beach just next to the apartment.

We intent to return to the apartment and we are also considering returning out of season. This is definitely a place We could recommend to a friend.

Appartement in een woord smoeselig

Mijn beoordeling vindt ik nogal moeilijk maar de keuken is aan vervanging toe.

Het appartement zelf moet eens goed schoongemaakt worden, stofzuiger en stofzuigerslang zitten met tape aan elkaar. Silvervisjes kwam ik tegen in de kleding kast. Krulspelden in de badkamer en etenswaren in de keukenkastjes ik kon mijn eigen spullen niet kwijt in de keuken kastjes. Privé spullen van de eigenaar kom je overal tegen boven op de kleding kast en schoenen in de kledingkast kleine slaapkamer. Overal stof in huis.

Bezems en mop zitten vol met haren. Internet viel uit.

pluspunt wel een mooi terras en je auto staat veilig. Jammer het dat alles zo verwaarloosd is.

Firstly, of the bookings we have had over the last year 73% were from people coming back for the 2nd, 3rd or even 5th time or being referred, so it can't be that bad, to the point that we will only be renewing our site add with one of the two companies we are currently with. > > I am surprised that not one of these problems was mentioned during my telephone conversations with Richard about the internet. > > So I would refer to the comments > Kitchen: Yes the Kitchen is looking tired and we have already decided that a total refurbishment should be carried out after the summer rush. > > Cleanliness: We were in the apartment up until a week before Gerda and Richard arrived. Kathy and Clive carried out their normal cleaning routine (perfectly acceptable with every other client) but this is a Marina apartment near the beach and it does get dusty. The Vacuum cleaner will be replaced. > > Food in cupboards: anything left there were products that most people are grateful not to have to buy, tea bags, sugar, salt, vinegar. etc We have given Kathy instructions that in future all things should be thrown away. > > Personal belongings: We do have a small cabinet above the wardrobe that we store our things in. It is always locked and I find it hard to believe that a couple take so much for a holiday in Spain that it doesn't fit into the wardrobe and chests. > > Internet went down: We have not increased our prices to cover the cost of the internet but offer it as a service, this is the first time in two years that we have had a problem with the server, but it was unavailable for a few days which was totally outside of our control.

get a new cleaner!

Sadly, a great disappointment. The flat is in a stunning location,but,that did not make up for the fact that it was very dirty. We washed the floors the night we arrived. (no one to meet us,as promised).We spent the following morning cleaning. Pubic hair in the shower was the final straw.

We left well before the end of our vacation, we were both badly bitten by what appeared to be bed bugs.We washed the sheets but that did not stop the problem. The local agent/cleaner appears to be unsuited to this job, and sadly is not doing the owner any favours.Our advice to the owner would be--GET A NEW CLEANER!

Resposta do proprietário: Hello Must remember not to rent to total nut cases, this women, this woman takes 6 months to complain about something that was not a fact. Having looked into this complaint I do find it astounding, for the following reasons. 1. If you had a complaint, you complain to the owner and HomeAway when you get back not wait 3 months. 2. We went there with friends a couple of days after they left for two weeks, I can't believe that the bed bugs would have singled them out for biting and not us. 3. This couple had booked with us before and on the way driving down she had been mysteriously taken ill. Obviously we could not return their money to them at that late stage but did take £200.00 off this booking. 4. Meeting the guests, we always ask clients to let us know when they expect to get there and to ring the couple who look after the apartment an hour or two before they get there. This particular couple said that they were driving lazily down and expected to be there around 8.00pm They had estimated a drive that had taken me over 8 hours with just one short break to take them 6, so they may well have been late. We naturally then have to make other arrangements in order to get the keys to them. In one case recently we had someone say that he was going to have to stay in a hotel for the night with his family as he would not be getting there until 2.00am, so we made other arrangements to save him an extra cost. 5. Cleaning. We have never had a problem and have never had a complaint and find it very strange that anyone who had just had a very tiring drive and was dead beat would then spend the next couple of hours washing the floors, if it was me I would have waited until morning phoned the people looking after the apartment asked them to clean it and had the morning on the beach

Wow what a place

Thank you so much for renting out this fabulous apartment, we spent a wonderful week there and enjoyed every minute. The apartment was very clean and bigger than we expected. Even with 2 small children we settled in instantly, however after what turned out to be a longer journey than expected from Valencia airport which is actually nearer 75 miles away than 60. The beach was lovely and clean and the little streams of fresh water running through were perfect for our little girl to splash in. The only downside was that the area itself is quite expensive to eat out but we had lovely meals on the balcony whilst overlooking the marina. I also would have been grateful to be informed about the toll bridge charge which cost us 8.50 euros upon leaving the motorway when we arrived, which we weren't expecting.

Altogether a superb apartment which we would recommend to anybody and would definitely like to return to.

Best seats in the house

This was our second visit to the apartment and again it did not disappoint. Although in itself the rooms are not spectacular, it is the fact that you are on (in) the marina and have some great views that made it for us.

In addition to the location the local restaurants and bars are all very nice, we particularly liked Loli’s Bar and the L’Ille restaurant, you must try their lamb chops. Another nice place to eat is Sancho Panza’s, the pre-dinner sherry and post-dinner schnapps are a nice touch, although I think he does charge for them.

The property is well maintained, although one of the blinds to the balcony didn’t work, no biggie and they did say it was being replaced, and with two bathrooms it makes everything comfortable.

The beaches are extremely clean in Alcossebre, just watch out for the cold fresh water which goes into the sea behind the apartments.

This is definitely a place I would recommend to a friend, it’s not flash but just to be able to enjoy the view does it for us.
