NB This property is the downstairs of a two storey dwelling but the upstairs is never occupied when guests are in downstairs.

So relaxing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our Christmas stay in this house and Stradbroke Island. The house is really comfortable, had everything we needed and feels lived in, not just a rental property. Lovely photos on the walls and the pottery adds an interesting touch. The beds and sofas were really comfortable. We loved the big deck with glimpses of the ocean, great spot to watch the evening storms. Would love to return.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and happy to recommend it to others - have already done so. In addition to the great weather, the accommodation is in an elevated location with plenty of indoor space and facilities all combining for to us to have a great holiday. While it is of an older style of accommodation it perfectly met our needs of comfort, a good view from a spacious covered outdoor area and a realistic price. The only downsides were minor for us: the lack of covered car parking; the shower over a bathtub which might not suit less agile tenants; and the need to drive to the beach and shops. We particularly liked the great view; the regular visits by wildlife and the quietness.

Excellent stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house was clean and very peaceful and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We plan to regularly book this place for extended stays on Straddie.

Rental period

Minimum stay period not stated in Ray White add. Would have stayed an extra night for same money if I had known I was paying for it anyway. Phone call to agent orior to stay didnt provide me with this information.
