This condo features a master bedroom with queen bed and an attached bathroom featuring two separate sinks and a walk in shower. The second bedroom is separated from the master and also has a queen bed. . The second bath contains two sinks and tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a twin bed with pop up trundle and a large desk, perfect for those times when you need to finish a project or check in at the office. The high speed internet is accessible throughout the condo. Enjoy the mountain views from the patio during the day and the star-filled sky at night. The condo is fully stocked with all the necessities you need for a comfortable stay, and includes a washer and dryer. This spacious retreat is perfect for vacationing families or snowbirds that would enjoy all the comforts of home. Take a hike on the trail outside your door or relax and enjoy the sun by the heated pool. The grocery store is within a mile or go next door to the famous Loews Ventana Canyon resort to enjoy dinner, cocktails or their Sunday brunch, voted the best in Tucson. And golfers will enjoy the Tom Fazio designed golf courses next door, as well as the many other courses located throughout Tucson. Our property manager is a long time Tucson resident and can give you ideas about nearby dining and recreation options or answer any questions that you may have.

Wonderful Stay

We were very pleased with our stay in Tucson. The location was excellent and the unit was as advertised. Plenty of towels and linens, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and beautiful property. We made daily use of the hot tub and exercise room and ventured up the hiking trail in the backyard more than once. Restaurants and grocery shopping a short drive away. Our host was very easy to communicate with and was prompt to reply to any inquiries. The only issue we encountered, and absolutely no fault of the owner, was that the sound-proofing between upper and lower units is not ideal. We frequently heard the people above us moving around. Nothing earplugs couldn’t solve. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Needs Improvement

The property was not clean. Kitchen floor was a sticky mess w/some type of spill obviously not cleaned up. The coffee pot was In horrendous condition and should be thrown out. The closets and pantry are loaded with a bunch of superfluous junk. There was moldy food in the refrigerator and the ice trays were full of dirty ice. The dishwasher was full of dishes and two of the coffee cups had lipstick stains on them. The towels were in marginal shape and the guest room bath vanity had the towels just jammed in there as if a child put them away.The window shades are in some cases inoperable and others are tattered. Overall the unit needs to be thoroughly cleaned, de-cluttered and updated.

Beautiful spot with keys to the canyon! Can’t beat it.

Wonderful place to stay if you enjoy hiking and looking at incredible sunsets. We hope to return again next year!

Perfect place to stay in Tucson. We loved everything about the condo, beyond well stocked, wonderful outdoor space, Julie was so accommodating and responsive. Could not have been better! Thank you for opening up your home.

We have been coming to this area for over 30 years to visit relatives (our children call them the "smart" relatives) in Tucson. We finally pulled the trigger and purchased this vacation rental after much research and the help of my sister, the Realtor. We would love for you to enjoy it as much as we do.

This special property has a resort like atmosphere with the heated swimming pools and tennis courts. The desert landscaping around the complex is beautiful and well maintained.

The first floor unit is located on the corner and the patio is very secluded. You hardly notice that you have neighbors. There is nothing more relaxing than sitting on the patio in the morning listening to all of the birds.
