To the right of the living room is the hallway that leads to three bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower/tub. An open and bright Florida room is just off the living room, and leads directly out to the lakeside of the house.

A concrete patio reaches across the entire lakefront portion of the property, with just a few steps down to the natural beach and water's edge.
