This clean & cozy 2 bedroom studio apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood situated above the garage at the end of the driveway of a large upscale vacation home. You will need to climb some stairs to get to the living areas. All guests guests must abide by the terms of Rental Agreement and House Rules. Final pricing is based on your total headcount.

Great value for cedar point stay!

Location is perfect and so easy to access cedar point, restaurants, and groceries! Fit myself, 2 teens and 1 preteen perfectly. Practical and easy for us!

Best deal for the money!

If you are looking for a bang for ur buck then this is the place. Small but close to everything important, if you plan on being on the go and want to have a nice little place to come back to and re charge. Plenty for kids to do in the game room and very well priced. Owner is very easy to communicate with and will help with any matter.

Convenient location but terrible beds.

The host was great and was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. The beds are awful they are super uncomfortable, lumpy, and squeaked every time you move. There is no communal space just a tiny kitchen bathroom and places to sleep. There is a binder full of rules and lists of things they will charge you more money for. I understand if you trash the place but there was a fee to move furniture back of you moved it. Meanwhile there is a miniature Foosball table in the one bedroom we had to move it so we didn't kill ourselves in the middle of the night. Things like that and charges if you didn't strip the beds and make sure the trash was out and the dishes were all done. Overall I wouldn't reccomend this place, the main house is probably much better but this was expensive for what it was.

My name is Kevin and my lovely wife, best friend and business partner is Anita. We purchased the house initially as an investment property to rehab and sell it. Shortly after purchasing it I suffered a near fatal stroke at work which had me in the critical care unit at the hospital for over 6 weeks and over a year of aggressive rehab therapy afterwards. With the support of family and friends and great care givers I regained my ability to move, walk and talk again as if the stroke never happened!
This whole experience has definitely given me a greater appreciation for the hard work that doctors, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists do everyday in treating stroke patients and helping them to live a better life. I would like to say "Thank You" by offering a 10% discount on your headcount fee to anyone who books a stay with us that is a doctor, a nurse, a physical, occupational or speech therapist, hospice worker or personal trainer. I long for the day when we won't ever need them anymore.
After a failed attempt at selling the house to help pay off a mountain of medical bills we decided to change direction and use it as a vacation rental and it all just fell into place. The neighbors have been great (The Austin's!) and I have met some wonderful people in Sandusky and we are happy to share our home with you.

You can't get any closer to Cedar Point unless you Stay at Cedar Point!!
Cozy & Comfortable for the traveler On-the Go! This does not sit on a beach with e beautiful view of the water. If it did It could easily bring in 3-4 times the asking price. Our property is an excellent value for travelers because of how big and roomy it is and all of the comfortable furnishings, amenities with a large eat-in kitchen that has all the pots & cookware & appliances available for you to prepare your own meals and $AVE Money. Perfect for large groups!

We also have a well trained and conscientious cleaning service that performs their duties well and thoroughly. They make sure to clean and disinfect items such as:
• Door handles
• Controls and switches (e.g. light switches, cooking controls, television controls, fan pull chains)
• Bathroom taps, toilet flush handles, toilet seats
• Utensils, cutlery and crockery
• Furniture such as chairs, tables, and parts of the bed frames
• Children facilities such as bunk beds, toys, or play equipment (if not removed from property)
• Linen, including those that appear unused
• Refuse, recycling bins, and any waste disposal containers
