Enjoy the sunsets from the large balcony of this direct bay front condo! This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo has a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All bedrooms are master suites with a private bathroom and the half bath is located in the hall. Access the balcony from the living room and bay front bedroom. Wifi included in season April 1st thru October 31st. The unit is 1727 square feet. The building offers both indoor and outdoor pools. The bay front pool has an area to grill. Located on 46th Street, you are close to the beach, restaurants, shops, bayside activities and more! New for 2021 wood floors thru out and new paint. Non-smoking. No pets, please!

Great building, disappointing condo

The condo was not worth what we paid. While on the surface it looked nice, we soon discovered things like broken toilet paper holders, filthy jacuzzi tub, an ill equipped kitchen, and in general a dirty space. The bed frames were creaky and cheap, the bedroom with the glass brick window didn’t have a blackout curtain, so light from the lobby shined through at all hours. A cushion was missing from the living room, shower rod and curtain was a mess and hard to use. Far too many light switches, nothing was labeled! We stayed here during a joint vacation with another family who had the exact same layout on a lower floor, the experience was like night and day, their condo was gorgeous and inviting and welcoming, and so well stocked. It really surprised us how different our condos felt. They even had access to a storage locker with beach equipment. We did not. The Bella Vista was wonderful, the outdoor pool is a lot bigger than we expected and it felt like we had it all to ourselves for much of the week. Every resident we met was so pleasant and kind. The walk to the beach is easy and a lot faster than we anticipated. Overall, I would recommend staying at the Bella Vista, but not in this particular unit.

Great location

We had a great time. The location was perfect. The only negative is that there were a few items in the unit that needed maintenance attention. The second bedroom had a defective bed frame which made the bed uneven and uncomfortable. These items should be addressed before renting the unit again. Also there were four tv remotes but only two worked.

A good place with awesome bay views

The property had a good layout and being literally right on top of the bay made you feel that you were looking out over the ocean! Unfortunately, cleanliness was not good. Balloons and confetti left over in the unit, I guess from the prior guest. Food, dust, dirt and other nasty items were under the beds and furniture when we checked for toys that might have been overlooked upon our departure. Ice dispenser did not work (minor). L&F rentals needs to move into the 21st century. Only open from 10-5. If you are outside that time you have to email them (while traveling) copies of your drivers license! And, the rental office is on about 120th street and the unit is on 46th!! Up and down the beach is so out of date to me. How about a key code on the door that changes with each guest?? That is what most VRBO's have. I appreciate the owners offering it up for our enjoyment but maybe the owners should reevaluate the management and rental process for the property. Sincerely submitted.

Wonderful Stay!

Unit was absolutely perfect! Gorgeous views of bay and sunset. Great location to near by restaurants and bars. Taphouse next door was great for food. We ordered delivery from belly busters across the street as well. Close walk to beach. Great location to seacrets! The pool was amazing and The regular Stay property owners were so nice. Sunsets were our favorite part! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was great! I would definitely stay again with friends and/or just with husband and family.
