There is a community pool and Hot tub , two bedrooms, two bathroom, pull out couch and air bed, our condo sleeps six, up to 8th, with a pull out . It is a perfect location to unwind year round! Spend your vacation basking in the sun at Nevada Beach or Zephyr Beach both within a 10 minute drive from the condo. In the winter, Heavenly Ski Resort's Boulder and Stagecoach lifts are both less than a mile from your doorstep and Heavenly's California gondola is just a 7 minute drive away! Days full of kayaking, snowshoeing and gambling are sure to keep you busy, and a tranquil retreat will be awaiting your arrival when you are ready for a fresh, home cooked meal, play games and soak in a jetted Jacuzzi tub. Cook your meals in a well-appointed kitchen that includes new stainless steel appliances as well as the culinary tools to get your Top Chef on! , a deep, jetted, Jacuzzi tub a half block way walk to the community pool area, Our place invites you to unwind while taking in the breathtaking views of the Lake! TAHOE VILLAGE is a quiet unique community with walking access to skiing, hiking, biking, and all outdoor recreation. The mountain retreat is a perfect vacation destination. Short driving distance to Nevada Beach, Zephyr cove, and Eldorado beach.
Unbeatable Stateline Nevada location with access to Heavenly Ski Resort, (also pass holders can enjoy other EPIC ski resorts) North Star & Kirkwood. The nearest Commercial Airport: Reno-Tahoe International Airport 60.1 miles away.
● Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. (Douglas County Ordinance)
● Two (2) car maximum allowed.* Renters will be issued a parking permit which they must
display on the driver's side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to park in the designated
parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500
to the owner of the vehicle.
● Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
● During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are
required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow
storm.
● All dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and
dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.

GREAT VIEW!
Phenomenal view of the lake/mountains & nightly sunset. Something you’ll never forget!! Inside of the house is deceivingly small (1 open bedroom loft, 1 bedroom with bunkbeds, and kitchen/dining/living room all essentially 1 space. Updated decor was nice, beds were great…but cleanliness was pretty underwhelming (hair everywhere, bathrooms dirty, bath tubs gross/bath curtains moldy). Figuratively a very hot and cold house (literal = no issues) - quiet area at the top of the mountain and a great place for a **SMALL** family. Not terrible for the price, but probably expected a bit more refinement and certainly a lot more cleanliness. Large clock fell off the wall due to what was probably a rowdy neighbor (I believe it is a rental as well), but host was EXTREMELY gracious and understanding in taking care of it. Overall, a 7/10, but could have EASILY been a 9/10 if cleanliness standards didn’t give you the heebie-jeebies sometimes.

No follow up on issues
We stayed for 1 week and after 1 day of checking in We reached out by text and phone to the luxe number provided. I Was told someone named Julio would be contacting us. No one ever called or text. No one from you office call to see if our issues were resolved either. We had Tv issues and it wasn't the internet. TV keeps loosing sound and connection .Could not use the fireplace at all. Control not working or gas was off with no tool to turn it on. Mainly disappointed that you didn't care enough to keep back.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW
Beautiful view! The fireplace was broken. I was very disappointed I was not informed about it being broken. Part of the reason I chose to stay here was the fireplace. Lake Tahoe area is fabulous to visit.
