Moorings - Stunning Luxury Home 4 Bed plus Den, Pool and Spa

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our modern home wihere you will find it easy to unwind and recharge. Residing in the highly sought after and centrally located The Moorings of Naples this property is within walking distance to Naples pristine sugar-sand beach. This home is equipped with all you will need for your family vacation. As you enter the front door you wil be wowed by the modern high ceilings, the view of the pool and the jacuzzi surrounded by tropical greenery. High spec AirCon and Pool Heating system mean you can chill out in the summer and swim in the pool during the winter months. Our renters love the open style of the house with open granite counter kitchen with island, stainless steel appliances, breakfast table as well as formal dining area, living room, family room with two mora sofas and TV, den/ study with TV , Apple PC and printer, master bedroom and guest bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are set on the opposite sides of the house for privacy. Both of these bedrooms have access to the pool. We also have two more bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, outdoor dining by the pool and two car garage and additional parking in the driveway. Outside the fully screened lanai keeps you bug free and there is a large outdoor eating and entertaining area with lots of loungers, dining table and chairs and a grill. We have plenty of pool toys for the young ones and lots of games and books for your entertainment. We also offer the up to date communication technology and media entertainment - high speed internet, cable TV, 2 internet connected flat screen TVs and a telephone landline with free US calls. The home has its own security system and a large garden fully fenced with many fruit trees. Summer visitors will be able to pick mangoes and figs.
You can walk or cycle to the beach from this elegant home situated in the affluent Moorings community. There are 3 bikes, fishing rods, 8 folding beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cool box and the area is very biker-friendly with flat terrain and very courteous drives. Your vacation home is located west of 41 so there are no busy highways to cross to reach the beach or the downtown area of Naples.

A True Gem In Naples

This property was in the best neighborhood in Naples. Beaches less than 5 minutes away and convenient to shopping and restaurants both Downtown (5th and South Third) and Park Shore (Venetian Village). Artis Naples 5 minutes away. The home was spacious and extremely well organized. Had everything we needed. Also shiny clean. It was only the two of us, but a family would be very comfortable. My two small dogs loved running in the fenced back yard. The heated pool and spa were relaxing. The owners were gracious and responsive. Highly Recommend!

Location & Hosts top notch

We had a splendid time in Naples. The location was central to everything: beach, 5th Street, publix (grocery store), and malls in each direction. We ran to 5th street every morning, got coffee, and had a nice (long) walk back to the house - perfect way to start each morning. We rode the bikes almost daily. Great convenience to have bikes to take a quick ride (<10minutes) to watch the sunset. Having the convenience of our own home kitchen and private pool made the vacation feel like vacation. We had no want for anything, even small kitchen tools were all available and used: e.g., rolling pins, garlic mincer, blender, food processor. The place was nicely kempt in every way. Beds and pillows are comfortable and we all slept well. We are grateful for the hosts being so accommodating and opening their home to us. Thank you E & B.

Amazing property, wonderful location

We vacationed in Naples at 3002 Crayton Road over Christmas and we’re blown away by the property. We were greeted with a lovely note, flowers and a bottle of wine. I love to cook and could not have asked for a better kitchen that was fully outfitted with a mixer, a food processor and even a crockpot. We stayed with our three adult children and a daughter-in-law and were very comfortable in the home. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. The home is ideally located within easy distance to a number of grocery stores, downtown, a mall and luxury shops and restaurants. My wife and I had lovely walks along the city beach which is only a short walk from the house. The home is immaculately maintained in a lovely neighborhood. We will definitely go back and recommend it without reservation to anyone who wants a luxury stay in Naples at a reasonable price.

A very special place!

We could not have enjoyed our holiday more. This luxury house has absolutely every amenity you could wish for, in a superb location. The pool was perfect for children and adults alike, and the local beaches are both safe and delightful. We completely chilled out - quite an amazing feat for us! - and we all hated leaving! Naples and the Gulf coast are exceptionally beautiful, and the drive from Miami airport was very easy. The sunsets in this part of the world are breath-taking, and we made sure to visit several different restaurants and bars (there are plenty) at the end of the day, just so we could view them! I came home with several pounds of lovely shells, collected from the Naples beaches, as mementoes of a wonderful holiday. I can't recommend this gorgeous house highly enough!

Beautiful, Comfortable Home in the Heart of The Moorings

This is the second year we have rented this lovely home. We have thoroughly enjoyed our month long stays. The house feels like home away from home. It is large, with an open floor plan that is sparkling clean and very well appointed. This 4 bedroom/3 bath home provides everything you will need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There is a nice lanai and a beautiful pool and spa. This home is in perfect proximity to private beach access and downtown shops and restaurants. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this rental. We would highly recommend to anyone considering renting in the Naples area. You won't be disappointed!
