Large 4 bedroom /3 1/2 bath Cottage on the shore of beautiful Gull Lake.
The cottage is a four bedroom with four baths. The cottages at the resort are spacious and have an open living concept to serve family's staying together. The game room in the lower level provides extra space for family fun. The bedrooms are large with two of the bedrooms having on suite bathrooms providing plenty of privacy.
Master Bedroom is lake side with a King size bed and private bathroom.
Guest Room 1 on the 2nd floor has a vaulted ceiling and is as large as the Master bedroom. It sleeps 2 with a queen size bed. The kids love Guest Room 2 with its bunkbeds (queen mattress below and single above). This room also has vaulted ceiling and a walk in closet. There is a Jack'n'Jill bath shared by Guest Room 1 & 2. Guest Room 3 is on the lower level and has a queen bed. The 2nd floor Loft overlooking the lake has a sofa sleeper. The lower level family room has a sofa sleeper with oversized flat screen TV and game area. All bedrooms and living areas have a flat screen TV except Guest Room 2.
The kitchen is large with expansive SileStone countertops, double bowl stainless steel sink, and top of the line Kitchen Aide range, microwave with direct vent outside, dishwasher, and side by side refrigerator with ice maker.
The dining room seats 6 with an extra leaf for expanded seating. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.
Your family will also enjoy Lakeside Lodge Restaurant, Dock 77, nearby horseback riding, trap and skeet shooting, go-carting, miniature golf, water slides, Brainerd Zip Line Tour and snow boarding at Mount Ski Gull, and Brainerd International Speedway.
For race enthusiasts you will find Brainerd International Speedway which is the state's only host to the NHRA National Drag Racing event in August each year. BIR also hosts snowmobile, water cross events, motorcycle road racing and a host of other motor sports events.
If you are interested in pontoon adventures, there are rentals available or the Resort captains can guide for sunset cruises, lunch or dinner at lakefront restaurants, or even pan fishing for the kids.
