This beautiful home away from home is located in an elegant Maryland suburb nestled between Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD. Our spacious lower level rental overlooks the premiere Hampshire Greens golf course (Hole #16). Fully furnished with 1980 sq ft of living space our condo/apartment is perfect for family vacations, romantic getaways, business retreats, and more.

Accommodations include:
• 3 bedrooms (2 King rooms and 1 Full bed room)
o Master King Bedroom includes sitting area w chaise lounge, and TV
o 2nd King Bedroom w TV
o Full Bedroom includes chair and TV
• 1 full bath, Jack and Jill style.

Very welcoming hosts!

Communication with hosts was great. Place is clean and neighborhood is very safe. Tucked away in a residential neighborhood. We enjoyed our long-term stay with Oscar and Diana.

Really confortable, extremely clean,awesome owners

The house is located at a really nice area. The house is really clean and comfortable with a full equiped kitchen where nothing is missing. We went there with our three kids and had lots of space, big fridge, enough space for clothes, lots of towels for the family and all the electronic devices worked propperly. Therefore, our staying was really nice and easy. Apart from this, the owners were extremely nice and helpful.Warm hearted people that we felt they were there, even though they had an absolut respect for our privacy. We could not have chosen a better place. Thank you Oscar and Diana

Very nice place and very accommodating, responsive, and friendly owners.

The beds were very comfortable and the overall condition of the place was very good. I believe that the price is quite high though.

Everything we could have asked for in a wonderful wedding weekend. Excellent hosts. We recommend.

This was everything we could have wanted for this weekend. My wife, my sons and their wives shared this cozy, yet spacious 3 bedroom apartment behind the owner's home. The hosts were very gracious, provided good guidance, but mostly left us free to enjoy the weekend without disturbance. We especially liked the stocked Keurig. The ONLY Caution is that though there are two bathrooms there is only one shower, which is between two adjoining bedrooms. It was fine for us and our kids, but might be awkward for guests who aren't as intimate with each other. Recommended for families and close friends.

We have hosted several families in our work to heal relationships.

This property (as you will see) is uniquely situated in a pristine community. It is located within one quarter mile of the church we attend. This area has a lot of history, the homes have generous yard space and it is the best compromise if you must commute to Washington or Baltimore and want to enjoy the area..
