One of the perks of this home is being located near some terrific restaurants and eateries, including a popular breakfast and brunch spot, the Fig Tree Café. There are plenty of other options down the street in both directions.

PARKING:There are 2 garage remotes inside the home that will allow you to access the parking garage off of the alley. You will need to go into the home using your code first to retrieve the remotes and then pull around to park in the garage.
