Localizado em uma comunidade privada fechado em Calahonda com acesso directo à Praia de Luna (bandeira azul) e restaurante de praia, este lindo apartamento é o local ideal para férias familiares. O complexo tem duas piscinas grandes e 2 piscinas para crianças com amplas áreas para banhos de sol. Lojas, restaurantes e bares, e do belo porto de Cabopino estão todos a curta distância. Um serviço de ônibus conveniente para Marbella, Fuengirola e outros resorts locais é de fácil acesso na parte da frente do complexo, para aqueles que não desejam dirigir. O apartamento está confortavelmente mobilados com uma ampla sala de estar, incluindo 2 sofás e 2 camas cadeira. Recentemente remodelado (2016) cozinha aberta / sala de jantar com mesa de jantar e seis cadeiras, fogão de indução, forno, máquina de lavar loiça, frigorífico, mini-frigorífico e microondas. Grande casa de banho (chuveiro sobre a banheira) e máquina de lavar. Recém-substituído ar condicionado e aquecimento. Outras instalações incluem Wi-Fi, TV, DVD, com canais de televisão do Reino Unido.
Instalações desportivas: A Costa Del Sol é um paraíso para os golfistas com dezenas de cursos fantástico de fácil acesso, Cabopino é menos de uma milha de distância. Ténis está disponível dentro Calahonda e Miraflores. Esqui (Sierra Nevadas - Nov - Abr) vela, mergulho e todos os tipos de desportos aquáticos estão todos disponíveis na área.

lovely spacious apartment right on the beach. Had a lovely patio which was a great sun trap all day. Ideal for your coffee in the morning and then a pre dinner drink with a view of the med. Shops and restaurants just over the bridge was nice to sit in the square having lunch or a late breakfast. Plenty of room around both pools in well kept grounds. Only draw back is you need to take your own lounger or just a towel to lay on the grass. Although the apartment is right on the main road as you are at the back of the block or at the pool nearest the beach you would not know it was there - although a bonus as you have bus stops for either direction right outside so a cheap way of getting about on your doorstep. Lovely food and cocktails at the beach bar and if you plan on hiring sun beds either go down early or pre book as it does get busy. Work is being done on the beach building a walkway in both directions which will be amazing when it is finished. We had a great stay there and would definitely go back and recommend to my friends and family. Catherine the owner was very helpful and provided great customer service along with Tina from solfinder.
We had lovely week and the flat was exactly where we needed to be. We had a problem getting the TV to work (our fault nothing to do with the TV!), this was sorted out the same day by the lovely, very helpful Letting Agents. Would definitely stay again.
5 star apartment, spotlessly clean and lots of space ! Great facilities and lovely beach view of beach from balcony. Lots of local bars within walking distance. Highly recommend
The apartment is so close to the beach. We arrived by car and didn’t use it again until it was time to return to the airport. Shops, bars and restaurants of all types are within walking distance. We were disappointed that the larger swimming pool wasn’t open as we particularly wanted to swim lengths each day. There were a few other minor problems but Catherine was wonderful and dealt with our issues immediately. The apartment was clean and well equipped and although we didn’t do any cooking the kitchen equipment looked new. We would definitely rent this apartment again.
Stayed for a week with my husband in September 2017 in this extremely well presented appartment. There is a private gated car park if you have hired a car, and private entrances to either the roadside, or opposite, to the beach and boardwalk. There are 2 very nice pools, with grass areas to sit and relax. The appartment itself is situated down one flight of stairs, and there is also a lift. Once inside the spacious appartment, you will walk passed the bathroom, into the kitchen area which is full of all the necessary utensils etc. to feel at home. You then continue into the living area with the 2 bedrooms to the left. There is a good size TV which has freeview British channels. The airconditoning units in the living area and bedroom are outstanding. The free wifi is also really good and gets excellent coverage throughout the appartment and terrace. There are 2 exits onto the terrace, one through the living area, and one through the main bedroom. The bed in the main bedroom is a little soft if you do prefer a hard mattress. The terrace is situated next to the outside stairs to the beach, so occasionally you will have people waking past, however this doesn`t feel intrusive at all. This was our second stay in Calahonda, and this appartment was far superior than the first. The location was perfect for us, right on the start of the boardwalk which runs along the coast. The beach was very well kept, with massage table charging from 25 Euros for a half an hour massage. The Luna beachbar was always available for cold drinks and good food. However we would recommend have a stroll along the boardwalk in the afternoon to the Los Rocas beach bar at the opposite end. One, to burn off some of those holiday calories, and two, Jim, Mags, Karen and Andrew at Los Rocas will give you a great welcome, and serve great food. They also serve cider which my husband was thrilled with.
Calahonda is full of bars and restuarants without having that `nightclub` culture.
If your idea of a great holiday is to relax in the sun, have a nice breeze of the sea, enjoy a few drinks of an afternoon then go out to one of the excellent restuarants in the evening, then do it all again the following day, the this appartment is the one for you. Would rebook in a heartbeat.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this apartment, it was spacious, very clean and in very good condition which means it has been very well looked after. all facilities described in the details were correct and in good condition. all amenities were within a few minutes walk and even more within a few minutes drive, with lots of nice eating places around the area.
Good liaison with the owner and property management whilst out there was a bonus.
Would definitely recommend the apartment.

O apartamento está situado no lado da praia de Calahonda, a uma curta caminhada de lojas locais, bares, supermercados, restaurantes, bares de praia e a bela marina de Puerto Cabopino. O aeroporto de Málaga é de aproximadamente 30 minutos de carro. Vários grandes cidades e centros comerciais (induzindo Marbella, Puerto Banus e Fuengirola) são apenas uma unidade de 10 -15 minutos e há muitas praias e resorts mais pequenos, bem perto, ao longo da costa. Um pouco mais longe, Gibraltar (que também tem um aeroporto) e da antiga cidade de Ronda é uma hora de carro de distância. Dentro de 2 a 3 horas, pode chegar; Granada, Sevilha, Córdoba e da Sierra Nevada para passear ou praticar esqui. Os autocarros locais que viajam entre Málaga e Marbella param em frente ao apartamento. Norte de África (Tânger) é uma curta viagem de ferry de Gibraltar
