The Space:
This rental is three stories, and starts on the second floor of the building.

The first floor is home to the kitchen, living area with a pull out queen sectional sofa, one bedroom (queen bed), and 1.5 baths. There is no formal dining space. The kitchen includes a full size fridge, microwave, toaster, range, compact dishwasher, dinnerware, pots & pans, and basic cooks tools.

The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed, and one bathroom.

The third floor is only a bedroom that has a full size bed and one bathroom. The ceilings on the third floor are lower than the ceilings in the rest of the rental as you can see in the pictures.

This unit has a 2 night minimum.

We list openings not already booked on our site here and on other booking portals that re-sell available nights at a higher rate to cover their surcharges & booking fees. Personally, we use AirBNB when traveling to remote areas that do not have strong locally based property management companies and have had good luck with it. We are happy to have our homes available on this site.

Guest Access:
This is a private rental. Guests have access to the entire space.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just one short block from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!

Getting Around:
Most everything is within walking distance. If guests do have a car, we provide TWO (2) off-street parking spaces. We suggest an economy size vehicle to help with getting around Charleston's narrow downtown streets.
There are multiple taxi services, Uber included.

• This unit has a 2 night minimum
• No smoking within 30 feet of the property. Violating this rule may result in fines.
• Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM.
• Please consider these times when booking travel as we do not make an exceptions for early check in or late check out.
• Pets are NOT allowed.
• Parties are not allowed. An immediate eviction will result from this rule being violated.
• For safety and maintenance reasons, NOTHING is to be attached to any wall under any circumstance. Fees will apply if anything is found. This includes but is not limited to; all types of tape, adhesives, pins, etc.
