Each side of the cottage has a Queen bedroom and a Kids bedroom... complete with twin bunk beds and a full size bed. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects both bedrooms on either side of the house. All 4 bedrooms have wall mounted, flat screen TV's. TWO luggage racks are conveniently located in EACH of the 4 bedrooms (1 in each closet and one next to bed).

The center of the cottage features an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Modern updates include stainless steel appliances, sea glass inspired backsplash and beautiful white quartz counter tops. A nautical chandelier and dual motor vintage ceiling fan adds to the charm of this classic beach cottage.

A large front deck, with ocean views and comfortable seating is a great place for families and friends to relax and unwind while enjoying morning coffee or an evening cocktail. A "pebbled" parking area under the cottage provides ample parking along with additional relaxation space perfect for grilling and enjoying the outdoors. You will find a picnic/game table (tic-tac-toe & checker board top!), corner bench seat with table, and built in tiki-bar counter with stools. A hand painted shuffleboard and hopscotch area along with corn-hole game provides hours of family fun! Adirondack chairs and 2 large hammocks encourage relaxation as you take in the salt air and ocean breezes. A large, enclosed outdoor shower (hot & cold water) is perfect for rinsing off the sand from a long, lazy day at the beach. Plenty of boat cleats and hooks to hang towels and bathing suits. The beach access is conveniently located just a few houses down on Shelby Street...a short 2 minute stroll! Close enough to the cottage for lunch and bathroom breaks!

Amazing location, just 2 blocks from the pier and center of town! Leave the cars in the driveway and conveniently walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, beach shops or a fun game of putt-putt! Everything that OIB has to offer is in close proximity to our family beach cottage.

*Bed linens are delivered from a local linen service and will be delivered to the cottage on the day of your arrival and picked-up on the morning of your scheduled departure.
