They say location is everything.. Set in the small village of Gokbel in the foothills outside Dalyan with stunning views across the valley to the lake, beach, sea and a backdrop of mountains - the villa definitely has the wow factor in an oasis of peace and relaxation.
The small village of Gokbel is very much considered the jewel in the crown on this beautiful coastline not only by visitors but also by the locals.

The double bedrooms open out onto a large balcony that runs across the width of the villa and gives gated access to the swimming pool. The downstairs is one large open plan area with a spacious kitchen, dining table for 8 people and two sitting areas; a stone fire place for a cosy autumn evening. Dalyan is situated on a pretty reed river in a conservation area famous for the loggerhead turtle and Iztuzu beach - visitors come back year after year, it is very special offering sea, lake, good food, and very friendly locals.
The season can spread well into November although most of the tourists have gone by then. February I have swum in the sea and the wild flowers are lovely. April and May are the best for the orchards of oranges/grapefruit and lemons and September/October they are picking pomegranates. May the turtles are laying their eggs, which are carefully protected.
