Check-in after 4pm on arrival date. Check-out before 11am on departure date.
This condo is a non smoking, no pets, and no event parties allowed in the unit.

Note: Due to Spring Break and Semana Santa weeks, the available dates between March 12th thru March 20th 2021, and March 26th thru April 3rd 2021, can be rented only to families (parents with children), and one of the parents must be at least 30 yrs of age. 2022 dates will be published soon. VRBO website recently modified the Sales Tax rate to collect. When making a booking, VRBO will collect the State Hotel Occupancy Tax and remit directly to the State, the remaining local sales tax (City of SPI Hotel Occupancy Sales Tax) may need to be collected separately when processing the booking reservation. The rental guest is responsible to pay all applicable sales taxes when completing the booking request and responsible for any changes or updates on future sales taxes caused prior to checking in.
