Sunset Vistas has everything you'll need for you and your family. Do nothing, or do everything. Sit in one of two hot tubs, let your children play in the zero entry kiddy pool, swim in the year-round heated pool or bask in the white powder sands on the Gulf of Mexico shores. We will match any new booking should you find another Sunset Vistas rate lower than ours (the match must be given to us at the time of booking). Walk to John's Pass Village, many restaurants, bars and water sports and activities. Rent a boat nearby to cruise the inter-coastal waterway to search for shells on Shell Key. Smoke a cigar at the locally handcrafted makers at John's Pass or enjoy waterfront dining and entertainment.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath resort suite gives you all the amenities of a luxury resort. Main living room with dining area for 4, a flat-screen television and a fold out queen sofa couch to sleep up to 6 people. A master bedroom suite with a master bathroom with a soaking tub, a queen size bed and flat screen television. The second bedroom has a flat screen television and a queen size bed.

Check-in time is at 4pm (ET) and check-out is 11am (ET). Plan your stay accordingly as we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out times due to our cleaning schedules.

For example: if your flight arrives at 8am, you will not be able to check in until 4pm, so booking the night before allows you to start enjoying your vacation right away.

Please note that each year there can be red tide and hurricanes that occur in Florida. If you decide to make your travels during these season (August/September for red tide) and you are nervous about it impacting your travels, we highly recommend that you purchase the travel insurance to protect yourself for last minute cancellations. Our cancellation policy remains in effect unless there is a mandatory evacuation or lockdown issued by a government.

Effective 11/9/2022: We have discontinued waiving the cleaning fees for our Preferred guests. This was a very hard decision to make. However, as we continue to modify our policies to ensure we can offer the lowest rates as Sunset Vistas, the increased costs of cleaning, VRBO's increased fees on the owner and our HOA fees have made this benefit too costly. We will continue to offer the lowest rates as Sunset Vistas. In addition, for our guests in our Preferred Guest Program, we will continue to offer a 5% discount as a repeat guest on top of our already low rates.
