Difficult to rate but no more than a 1
Lots of small things add up to be bad. The many paged legalize that you have to sign in essence stating all the extra charges they can levy against the renter and they are not responsible for anything. I dislike and distrust high-handed companies. The carts that they have for guests to take up to the rooms do not fit through the doorways so when it was raining, I had to leave all my luggage out in the rain while I tried to find something to prop open the door and then carry one item in at a time. Three of the elevators where broken when we arrived and the couple that did work took forever to arrive - they do warn you though that in busy times, it can take up to an hour to get an elevator. For three of the seven days that we were there, the unit just above us was replacing their tile floors so for 8 hours each day we had to listen to a hammer-drill pounding in our ears (the last night, they didn't quit until 9 in the evening.) The unit had no curtains on the glass door - the glare was terrible. No door handles on any of the cabinets - difficult to open. No instructions on how to operate the TV's, stove, AC., shower. I had to watch YouTube videos on my phone trying to figure it out. I never was able to control the AC. Lighting is so dim that I wasn't able to read anything after dark.
