The Guest Villas at Rancho Vista De La Playa rests on 14 acres with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, Channel Islands, Organic Orchards, Vineyards, and beautiful mountainside. It is located in the hills above Santa Barbara - very close to the town and the beach. Although it is close, it is also far enough away to relax and enjoy the spectacular, and tranquil little piece of heaven.

The Guest Villas offer two 1- bedroom guest houses, and two poolside casitas that can sleep 14 guests total. Guest Villa 1 to the left has one bedroom with a king bed, 1 queen sofa sleeper, fireplace, and full bath with soaking tub. Guest Villa 2 to the right has one bedroom with a king bed, 2 queen sofa sleepers, and full bathroom. Each poolside casita has one queen bed each. Walk outside to a large bar with a flat-screen T.V., Sonos surround sound, two gas fire pits, horseshoe pit, ping pong, and corn hole. Rejuvenate in the salt-water pool and jacuzzi.

The property is equipped and set up as a fully furnished property that includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, pool towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. Paper products are supplied as well. Staples such as salt, pepper, foils, wraps, etc. are also included. All bathrooms are stocked with soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and make-up wipes.

We are a green run ranch with 2 working wells, organic orchards, and the whole property is run off solar power. The estate is the perfect hideaway to enjoy privacy and is great for groups who want separate residences. Both of the guesthouses and both of the pool casitas surround the pool and are in very close proximity with each other.

The estate is only rented to one party at a time so you're never sharing your space with other guests. Daily Housekeeping and Heated Pool NOT INCLUDED please ask for pricing.

We have a swimming pool available for your use. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please arrange that in advance. The pool costs between vary (plus tax) depending on the season and takes 2 days to heat to 86 degrees. Pool heat is NOT included in your rental rate and will be charged separately, plus tax.
