This villa is perched on top of the Kas peninsula, on the Greek facing side. It offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Greek islands, the charming village of Kas and the endless deep blue Mediterranean waters. The villa itself is made entirely of local marble and looks like a miniature castle. If activity is what you are after, the area offers plenty, including:boating, tours, snorkeling, mountain biking, hiking, scuba diving and paragliding. However the best thing of all - is to do nothing and just enjoy the views! Everything is very laid back in Kas enabling you to go at your own pace! The villa offers spacious living with 4 bedrooms (one detached and separate.) It is requested that the villa ideally be used for a maximum of 6 guests. There are 3 full bathrooms plus one powder room, a washing machine, dishwasher, sun loungers, garden furniture, barbeque, a fantastic pool, views, air conditioning throughout and a beautiful terrace. Outdoor dining is fabulous with a spacious balcony right off the living room through the French doors. Surrounded by a lush tropical garden is a spectacular swimming pool that feels as though you are literally hanging over the sea. The pool is shared with a neighbor villa but is spacious and offers private lounge area. If you fancy the sea it is a short walk or car ride away at numerous local beaches. The sea is crystal clean, suitable for swimming and snorkeling and is loaded with aquatic life. The town of Kas is just a few minutes drive away. The village of Kas is home to an ancient Roman amphitheater and other well-preserved ruins. Within the area are much more extensive ruins run by the state, as tourist attractions. Lively cafes, restaurants, shops, travel agents and merchants adorn the streets and an evening stroll through town is a sure delight. Nearest supermarket is just minutes away. Nearest beach is 5 minutes away. Accessible by either Antalya or Dalaman airports. Airport transfer and car rental are easily arranged.
