This may be the best year-round location in Breckenridge. Sitting on a Jack Nicklaus-designed 27-hole golf course, it’s just a short distance from bike trails, fly fishing and miles of Nordic skiing, and it’s an easy drive Breckenridge Ski Resort and downtown Breckenridge for shopping, dining and entertainment. Throw in a private hot tub, and everyone in your group will love it!

This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom deluxe home is a great retreat for large families or groups of up to 12 people. Entering the great room, you’ll be welcomed by a beautiful 30-foot-tall vaulted ceiling with log trusses and a bridge spanning the room on the second floor. Relax by the moss rock fireplace and the flat-screen TV while looking out over the fifth tee of the golf course and the beautiful forests surrounding it. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and seating for eight at the dining table and 4 more at the counter. There are patio doors from the breakfast bar that open onto the ground level patio where you’ll find a gas grill and private hot tub.

All guests staying at the Hohenmark Haus will absolutely love the private bathrooms with jetted tubs in every bedroom. Other amenities include a washer & dryer, ski storage, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for four vehicles. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Breckenridge

Loved staying here. Location was perfect for us we wanted to ski three locations – Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail. House was good for our group. Very comfy and spacious. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the full size bed in the Master suite with a queen or king size bed.

Large place for an extended family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of space for a large family trip with plenty of bathrooms. Hot tub was excellent and the heated garage was an added bonus! It's a quick drive to slopes and town. Furniture is a little dated but the beds were comfy. The adults ended hanging out at the dinner after the kids went to sleep because the living room didn't have enough lighting. The only other knock was the floors weren't mopped well so when the kids were crawling around, their clothes got all dirty. The property management company was great and sent someone over quickly when we had an issue with one of the toilets.

Lovely and convenient property right by Breckenridge

This was a beautiful and huge home, and it was incredibly convenient for us as a group who stayed the weekend to ski. The hot tub was amazing, it's only a 10 min walk to a shuttle that takes you right to Breckenridge, the fireplace is fantastic, and it felt larger than the photos! Our only feedback is that the place could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Generally areas were clean, but we found some areas that were quite dusty, and with people who stayed in the pull out beds we found it wasn't as properly cleaned for us. However, we'd certainly stay again!

unhappy with the management company and place is outdated

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: ***Very unhappy with the management company:at the time of the reservation, representative of the management company promised us if the place is vacant prior to our arrival, we will be allowed an early check-in. We were not allowed after asking multiple times under the excuse that some guests are checking out that day. When we arrived there were stale smell and no indication that something was recently cleaned. Definitely there were no one for few days in that house and no recent cleaning. So, we lost one day of skiing since we could not change/equip 6 kids somewhere in the open or at the office of the management company, as we were offered. We had 12 large bags plus skies to unpack to get all the gear. ***Place is outdated:stale smell in the living room and the kitchen; old, squeaky and uncomfortable beds; garage very dirty and dusty. whole place needs a good cleaning and some renovation. I would NOT recommend this property in this condition at this price point.
