PLEASE: NO GROUPS SUCH AS PROMS, GRADUATIONS, or GROUPS OF NON-FAMILY MEMBERS. And sorry, no pets allowed.

Also GREAT for WEDDINGS in the spring and fall. Rent for the weekend, a few days, or the entire week. We offer great off-season rates and are very flexible with dates.

This home has a total of 6 bedrooms and sleeps 16. It's great for big families or two families that want to be together, yet have their own living space. Discounts are offered when renting both floors.
Of course, each floor can be rented separately, sleeping 8.

We totally stripped this house down to the studs in order to create a wonderful vacation getaway for families looking to enjoy LBI unit equipped with 3 br's, 1 bath, pro kitchen, central a/c, w/d, flat screen cable in every room, huge deck, great outdoor shower, private fenced yard, outdoor eating/entertaining area, beach badges, beach chairs, umbrellas, brand new beds and furniture! No expense was spared to make this the perfect LBI home for families!!!!

The rentals will be from Friday to Friday in order to avoid the mass confusion of Saturday check in -check out that occurs on the island along with the traffic! This way you'll be able to enjoy a full weekend on LBI!

Great wedding weekend

Perfect place for our family for a wedding weekend! We were five minutes from the church and two minutes from the reception venue! Everything was newly remodeled and very clean and beautifully decorated.

Clean & Beautiful

My husband and I along with our two daughters were very comfortable staying for the week. It's very clean, newly decorated and close to the beach! Everything in the kitchen is new and it's fully stocked. The owners are extremely nice and very accommodating. We look forward to staying there next year!

Top of the line quality

Everything about this house was of the best quality. Beds, bathroom, kitchen and communication with the owners were all fantastic. We loved the backyard where all of us could gather comfortably, and the beach was a quick walk from the house. Plenty of parking, a great layout for my mom who has mobility issues, and we loved having the keurig as well as a standard coffee pot. The full size washer and dryer came in very handy. Since we were attending a wedding on the island, we could have used more space for hanging up our clothes, but for a typical beach vacation it shouldn't be a problem. Having the Acme market and Skipper Dipper ice cream so close was very convenient. We all went home with great memories of our time here.

Fabulous house!

We were fortunate to be the first official renters of this beautifully remodeled home. The location is great and no details were spared in the house. The outside shower is wonderful, the kitchen well equipped with beautiful top of the line appliances, the beds were super comfy. This is not a large house, but we were comfortable with five adults. The deck is lovely and the outside seating area was a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The ONLY negative is that there is only one bathroom, but we made it work and it was just fine. We hope to be back next year!

My wife and I started vacationing on LBI during our college years in the early 80's and have since returned every summer. We've spent summers with our children, extended families, and friends creating memories and watching the island grow into the great destination that it is today.

We rented on LBI for MANY years and stayed in all types of houses. Needless to say, most of the rental properties we stayed in had much to be desired... Old appliances, hard beds, musty odors, dull knives, leaky faucets, peeling paint, moldy shower curtains, we've lived through it all! There just never seemed to be any pride in ownership. We purchased this home with the idea of making it an exceptional rental property that would make families feel that they are truly on a special vacation. We spent a lot of time and effort into making this a special property that families will realize from the minute they step inside. We chose this property as a project due to its close proximity to the beach (Ocean block, 7 houses away with no streets to cross), the layout of rooms, and the huge backyard. We have designed the backyard to make it very private from both the neighbors as well as the other tenants.

We tried to think of everything that we could have asked for when we were renting and think that we came up with a pretty good list! This home is ocean block, meaning that you don't have to cross any streets to get to the beach, just 7 houses away. There is ample parking for 3-4 cars for each unit.
The home is in close proximity to:
-Acme supermarket, skipper dipper ice cream shop, joey's pizza, pinky's seafood restaurant, Nardi's, bait & tackle shop, Acme Bike and Surf, Brighton Beach Surf Shop, The Custard Hut.. Only 3 miles to the attractions in beach haven.
Each unit contains:
-3 bedrooms that sleeps 8 people, flat screen cable in each.
-1 full bathroom with bright tile
- Huge Andersen 400 series windows in every room
- Central a/c
- Large 12'x20' deck
- Huge, private outdoor showers.
-Private, bamboo lined and fence enclosed back yard.
- Full size washer/dryer
- Tankless water heater so you never run out of hot water
-Large flat screen SMART TV in living room with cable
-Pro kitchen including stainless appliances, fridge, granite counters, d/w, range, garbage disposal, m/v, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, non-stick cookware, all utensils, wine, margarita, and martini glasses. Sharp knives with cutting boards.
-Super-comfy beds!
- There is outdoor seating for dining and entertaining!
- Short walk to supermarket, Skipper Dipper, Pickle Ball, and Tennis.
