Parking Rules for Lost Colony
1. No parking allowed in the street or blocking the common drive. *Each unit has 2 vehicles maximum per unit including guest parking.
2. No Parking a bus, boat, boat trailer, trailer, motorcycle, camper, RV, house trailer, or vehicle over 1 ton anywhere except an approved overflow parking area.
3. No storing a disabled vehicle on property outside of a personal garage.
4. There is no parking allowed in the grass/landscaping.
5. No using another owner's driveway to park.
