With notice, early check-in-- easy walk to stadiums and campus!
This warm, artistic Burns Park home is located just over the bridge from the Big House, the house offers the best, simplest amenities: an easy walk to the game, market, shops; a shady porch with swing to watch the crowds go by or to eat brunch; a long drive that holds four cars and room for quiet tailgating; and the ease of home living.
Our home has undergone a complete renovation in 2020-23 and so offers a clean and pleasant place to relax after the big event. Upstairs are three bedrooms and loft, sleeping 6 people. For grownups there is a working Jacuzzi, piano, two living rooms, wood fireplace, and original art. Dogs off premises. The house is vegetarian, but you are welcome to use your own portable grill for meat outside. We definitely welcome well-behaved children, so there are books, games, toys, Roku, basketball hoop, and a small fenced-in backyard for all to enjoy.
No smoking anywhere on the premises, sorry. Service dogs and small well-trained dogs are allowed, by arrangement only. Otherwise, no pets.
Please **do not bring additional guests without previous arrangements with us or throw *any* parties, or keep my neighbors up into the wee hours of the morning.** We have young ones living in three directions. Thanks for respecting our home by cleaning up after yourselves as much as you can. Please read our welcome card for more house details like how to clean the house before you leave or just how to use the Roku.
Again, this is a family house, appropriate for mature sports fans, other families, and NOT for partying. NO PARTIES.
