The apartment is situated in Piata Amzei. From its balcony you can overlook the Amzei market and the French Embassy, a beautiful example of Romanian eclectic architecture dating from before 1900. The apartment is situated at 7 min of walking from the Radisson Blu Hotel, 10 min from the Subway station in Romana Square (offering optimal comfort and easy access to many cultural and leisure attractions) and 20 minutes away from the Old Town.

There are supermarkets, bakeries, plenty of good restaurant options, coffee shops, terraces, pubs and museums in the area.

The apartment was completely renovated in June 2018.
