Nossa linda aluguer de férias é um dois townhouse história totalmente mobiliado em condomínio fechado. Tem 2 quartos e 1. 5 de banho. O primeiro andar é um piso plano aberto com uma sala de estar combinação e sala de jantar. Há um comer na cozinha totalmente equipada com todas as suas necessidades para preparar qualquer tipo de refeição. Um banho de meia também está no primeiro andar para sua conveniência. O vidro e exibido em va com vista para um lago tranquilo é um lugar maravilhoso para relaxar com seu café da manhã e observar a natureza ao seu redor.
O segundo andar tem o quarto principal e quarto de hóspedes. O quarto principal tem uma bela vista para o lago. Há também uma grande casa de banho com um lavatório duplo vaidade.
Se você é um jogador de golfe este é o lugar para trazer seus clubes. Há uma abundância de cursos na área. Há muitos restaurantes nas proximidades do casual ao jantar fino para satisfazer qualquer gosto.
Há calçadas em toda a comunidade para o seu manhã ou à noite passeios. Nossa casa é muito limpo e bem conservado. Vivemos nas proximidades, se houver algum interesse. A casa está localizada entre a I-75 e os EUA 301 para que você tenha acesso fácil tanto para Bradenton, Sarasota e as praias. A moradia tem todas as suas necessidades para uma estadia confortável, basta trazer sua escova de dentes.
Our family gets together at Christmas time in Bradenton because of parents that live there. After staying in motels for so many years, we decided to look into rentals by owners to accommodate our needs. We got on VRBO's site and within 10 minutes had located the Hyla's condo . It was 2 minutes from our family's home! We called immediately and spoke with MaryAnn and set everything in action. It was so simple and MaryAnn was so friendly.
We arrived at the condo on the 20th and were pleasantly surprised. It was as if we were in someone's home. It was lovely and a few decorations for Christmas had been put out. A card welcoming us had been left on the dining table. The location was superb. Grocery store, restaurants, fast food, convenience store, drug store all literally within walking distance.
Everything was provided - from paper towels to free WiFi. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, dish soap, cleaners and dish towels; also, a dishwasher and detergent, full sized washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. Cable TVs were available in both bedrooms and the living room. There were phones available with free long distance to anywhere in the USA and Canada. The large shared bathroom (upstairs) had a soaking tub/shower and there were plenty of towels, paper supplies, soaps, shampoos and cleaning supplies provided. The master bedroom was spacious and had loads of dresser and closet space as did the second bedroom. The screened back patio was wonderful for watching the wildlife on and around the pond - a few favorites were the turtles, the many ducks and the cranes. We contacted MaryAnn after unpacking and met with her a couple days later. She wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and we did.
There were a lot of magazines, maps of interest for the area, brochures of activities & menus of some popular restaurants. It had ample seating in the living and eating areas and was comfortable.
We wanted for nothing, were very comfortable during our stay, and would stay again at the Hyla's.

We were immediately impressed with the quick response to our enquiry about this vacation rental and the professionalism in handling the administrative details.
Our family of four (including two boys 18 and 20) were very pleased with the unit. The condo was extremely clean, very well maintained, and nicely appointed. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were fully equipped (including soap and shampoo dispensers) and the cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and Scrabble game were very much appreciated. The boys made good use of the first class tennis courts, basketball court, and pool. The gated community was very quiet and we felt safe in our walks to the courts and pool area. The few people we did meet along the way were friendly. In the morning, in the sun room, we enjoyed coffee while watching the wildlife in the pond and beverages in the evening while the sun set. We would definitely return to this vacation rental. The owners were very concerned that we had everything we needed and called and stopped by to assure themselves that we were happy. We were.
Our family went over spring break to visit my parents and sister who live in Sarasota. The area the condo is located in is very nice. We went for walks in the morning, we used the basketball courts and pool and it was great! It is located next to stores so it is easy to run to grab whatever you need, yet the condo is tucked away in a very quiet area so you don't see traffic. The owners were very easy to communicate with which made us feel at ease when booking an out of state stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable for our family. They had a beach umbrella, floating toys and beach toys which the kids loved. We had a great vacation.
Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this Bradenton Townhouse. This place is very clean and well maintained. The owners are easy to reach and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. As we were staying over Christmas, they even took the time to put up a little tree and decorations. The location is close to grocery stores, golf courses, restaurants and lots of shopping. There is a great community pool as well as tennis and basketball courts close by that we enjoyed. We highly recommend staying at this property.
The two weeks we spent at Hyla Haven in Bradenton were perfect. Great location, beautiful pool and most of all the home is very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was there. Paul and MaryAnn have gone out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable and have what they need. There is golf and shopping very close, sidewalks for walking as far as your legs can take you, and beaches not far. We hope to stay again when we can get away from work.
We had a great three week stay at Paul & Maryann's condo. The condo was very clean with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Located in a quiet gated complex it was only a short walk to the grocery store, gas/convenience store, restaurant and banking(1/2 mi.). Paul and Maryann stopped by on our first full day to welcome us and offer us any assistance that we needed during our visit. They did follow up with a couple of phone calls and visits just to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions we had along with suggesting a few places to visit and places to eat.

O faciltiy Sarasota-Bradenton Rowing Club at Nathan Benderson Park está por perto. Existe a Caminhada Park River perto da Marina & Island Park Bradenton Sarasota na Marina, para desfrutar de um passeio com uma bela vista da orla.
Há também o centro de treinamento Bollettieri Sports Academy para os visitantes a passeio. O campo de treinamento Major League Baseball para os Pittsburgh Pirates e Cincinnati Reds são locais, juntamente com o Museu de Arte Ringling, o Laboratório Marinho Mote, o Aquário da Flórida e da Van Wezel Performing Arts teatro, que tem música de classe mundial e de dança. Estes são 'must see' lugares ao visitar nesta área.
