Centro de Convenções Beach. Este condomínio confortáveis, decorados tem
dois quartos com uma cama queen size em um quarto e duas camas de solteiro no outro quarto. A boca pode ser utilizado como um terceiro quarto. A den tem um tamanho queen sofá-cama.
A cozinha tem o ususal (geladeira, fogão, máquina de lavar louça, lixo
eliminação, microondas, cafeteira, liquidificador, todos os potes, panelas, pratos,
talheres, etc.)
Há um espaço de estacionamento designado na garagem coberta, com
coberto, passagem segura para dentro do prédio. Um cartão de acesso é necessário para
entrar na garagem, os jardins, e do edifício.
Há uma taxa de US $ 250 a registar o seu animal de estimação durante a sua estadia (política de associação do condomínio)

We recently spent 2 months here and throughly enjoyed it. Everything you need is in the kitchen for basic meals and bathrooms are spacious with great showers. Closet space is way more than adequate with plenty of other storage in the spacious bedrooms. Laundry machines were full sized and modern. We appreciated the low key, more monochromatic decor with tasteful art reproductions instead of the usual tropical overkill. . Lovely pool and courtyards for enjoying a little peaceful green space within the busy city area. If you have transportation it is also easy to explore many of the lovely beaches and nature preserves in the area. There is great access to lots of good restaurants, bars, and weekly Farmer’s markets. The Regional, Ciy Cellar, and The Psris Bakery and Cafe were standouts within walking distance. Ben.the owner, was always available to answer any questions and was quick to respond if we needed anything. The office and maintenance staff was also friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to returning next winter!

Having stayed at CityPlace in the past, I was thrilled to be able to find this lovely apartment right in The Residences at CityPlace.
The apartment has everything you could need and is beautifully decorated. I felt immediately comfortable and that made my two month stay a wonderful experience.
The owner Ben was truly great to deal with. Very prompt replying to any communication and very helpful.
You have everything you could need right at your doorstep also with fitness centre and pool on site, and the fabulous shopping/dining experience of CityPlace.
I would without hesitation recommend this accommodation and I plan on staying here again in the near future.
Apartment could not have been better. Apartment is convient to everything including the airport, restaurants, shopping and any golf course is within a half hour. The unit has two large bedrooms with separate bathrooms, and you never seem crowded. It was nice having a reserved parking spot in a secure garage with a easy secure walk to the apartment. I always felt completely safe not only in the apartment but in the surrounding area and never concerned about walking out at night. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, as it seems more like home. Grocery store is just 2-blocks away and within easy walking distance.
I was very impressed with the owner, as anytime I had a question concerning anything, I received an email response within hours resolving the issue.The owner could not have been better in handling every situation and making the stay very enjoyable.
The only problem I encountered was having my golf clubs sent via FedEx. The apartment management would not accept my golf clubs since I was not a permanent resident. I had to wait for the FedEx truck and intercept him. I might suggest bringing your golf clubs with you.
I would highly recommend the apartment for it's cleanliness, comfort, security and convience.
