A fire pit on the adjacent, wooded lot is the perfect stop for marshmallow roasting or dogs over the open fire.

And how is this for perfect? The two-stall “garage” is home to a large game room, complete with ping pong table, foosball, card tables and plenty of areas for relaxing – a second fridge keeps chilled refreshments nearby.
