Xavier was friendly, accommodating and responsive. The first morning we did not think we had any hot water but after a quick phone call we figured it out😊The unit is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The complex is quiet. Once we got ourselves oriented it was easy to get where we needed to be for food, our meetings and for fun.
We were in Tucson to visit family and this was perfect for our 4 generations to meet and enjoy time together. This is a great central location with easy access to anything you might want, yet still quiet. The unit was spotlessly clean and has many extra touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and the towels were large and soft. The back patio was perfect for morning coffee, and since it was super hot that week we enjoyed being so close to the pool. The covered parking was also a real bonus.
The written description and pictures perfectly described the property, but it vastly underestimated the exceptional cleanliness and thoughtful amenities (down to the tiniest detail) that we found there upon arrival. The owner has taken extraordinary steps to ensure his guests have literally everything they need to enjoy their stay. His pleasant, courteous manner and amazing responsiveness was a textbook example of 5-star customer service. The central location of this property is perfect for sight-seeing. We would not hesitate to recommend this delightful place to anyone!
The living & dinning rooms were spacious, the 3 bedrooms & especially the beds were very comfortable and we slept soundly. Fully equipped kitchen (even spices) including full sized laundry. Having two full bathrooms made the stay that much more pleasant with three teenage boys, as did the multiple televisions and the ever important Wifi! There was plenty of hot water to go around. Loved the front and back patios to enjoy the Tucson morning. The pool area was a huge hit with my family, as we enjoyed splashing around and cooling off after a long day. Two dedicated parking spaces under a car port ensured that your vehicles were shaded from the sun. Shopping needs were very centralized as was the distance to the local In-N-Out Burger (don't have them here in N.J.). Showed the property to family, so they they now have a place to recommend to out of state visitors. Xavier made every effort to meet our needs and was available if problems arose. You would be a fool to turn these very relaxing and comfortable accommodations down. We can't wait for our next visit to Arizona, and look forward to staying here!
Stayed at the property for 2 weeks in March 2016. 4 adults were very comfortably accommodated in this well maintained property. Condo was well stocked with the everyday items you would need and more. Central location with access to everything you would need within a short distance.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tucson and would stay there again on future trips to the area.
This was my first VRBO rental and it worked out great.
We were a group of 4 looking to do some bicycle for the whole week. We were pleased with the accommodation, the bedroom and the bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. As for the inclusion, they were great as well. A lot of stuff was included with the stay that we never thought we would need but turned out to be useful. ( Spices, coffee, cleaning soap, dishwasher soap, etc ) The location is pretty central. It's a 25 minutes walk to get to the campus and all the activities that goes with it. There is a Wholefood market at walking distance. Every thing you need is actually close to the place ( Restaurant, Walmart, Drugstore ). For cycling purpose since the place is in the center you have a good 20 minutes of ride before reaching the most popular cycling road or path. We did rent a car so it was easy for us to choose our destination first so we could enjoy the ride.
