Newly renovated! Gulf and Beach front condo with gorgeous views from Living room balcony and Master Bedroom Window, 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat, King beds in both bedrooms, new Flat Screen TV's in the Living Room and Bedrooms and Wireless Internet. New kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Plenty of seating in the dining area and bar stools for extra seating.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

I called the office and they dropped off a new coffee maker within 2 hours!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pinnacle Port is in such a wonderful secluded spot, especially this 'end' C3 building with Camp Helen Park just next door. We really enjoyed our stay in this unit, it is lovely and has everything we needed to do some leisurely cooking, take in the scenery from the balcony and gulf-side bedroom - and sleep very comfortably. Plus nearby there's a wide selection of casual or fine dining, shopping and outdoor fun. Already thinking about our next visit, we'll be back...

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a very nice clean, updated rental with a great view. Easy beach access and pool access from our building and the beach was not very busy. Other than rental unit, persons made an easy transition from parking lot to the beach. The biggest downfall worthy guard shack workers who were pretty lazy getting up and allowing any of your guests to come in, let alone writing down correct names. At least the person in charge at the gate cared enough and was able to get things corrected.
