This condo has excellent view. In all directions. You have to walk about 1/4 mile to the beach. It is located on Tiger tail. The owners were pleasant. But, did not check to see if things were OK. The condo was in great shape. The only negative is the second bed room is small it has no view. It works Ok if you are using it for children up to14 or 15 year olds. It would not be good for couples as a second bed room. The ad says it sleeps 6 but 2 adults and 2 children would be best.
I hesitate to write this review in fear that I may lose "my time" here next year. I will book it as soon as I can find out our daughter's spring break from college next year...so please don't book before I do!
The condo and the owners are THE BEST! Upon arrival I received a personal call from the owners re-assuring me if we need anything "do not hesitate to call." Having rented this unit 5 years ago i knew we were in the need of nothing. It is well stocked with beach chairs and towels; any cooking or entertaining appliance such as blenders etc...Just a perfect vacation!
Did I say that we will be back!!!!

The unit looks much better when you actually step in it.
The unit is clean and in very good condition. You'll never get tired of the Gulf which you can see from the living room and master bedroom.
We knew, judging by the other reviews that this unit had pretty much everything but this was no joke, this unit REALLY DOES have everything.
The kitchen is fully furnished including a foreman grill and even a juicer.
We had brought beach toys for the kids but this unit has it all. Buckets, shovels, little surf boards, 4 beach chairs and the little dolly to roll everything all the way up to the beach.
The unit even had a playpen for babies and toddlers.. we had brought our own. If i had known what was available in the unit, our car would have been much lighter for our drive to Florida. Just bring your clothes and that's it.
As far as the location goes. This is right on the beach although walking to the beach is quite a task. However it is the case for any condo or house near tigertail beach as the beach is very wide in this area. So you need to plan accordingly, if you need to be somewhere at a specific time, then plan on leaving the beach 15-20 minutes ahead of time. The sand is white and fluffy, the beach is very clean and raked every day by a tractor. The gulf is warm and the waters are calm so the kids can actually swim and walk far into the water especially during low tide.If you like seashells this is the place. Walk around the beach a few hours before low tide and you will find some very nice ones.
The island has everything you need. Local shops, restaurants and grocery stores (Publix - Winn Dixie). If you have to hit a department store such as WalMart, you need to get out of the island but it's only about a 15-20 min ride.
So to sum it up, rent this unit with peace of mind. The unit is great and the location is great. Some reviews talk about how the rules are strict and having to be quiet at the pool. I must admit that we did not experience that at all. There is no lifeguard at the pool and the residents were nice. The kids had floating devices in the pool outside of "business hours" and we never heard complaints. Maybe because it was spring break, but it did not feel like a correctional institution depicted by the other reviews of the South Seas condos.
One word can be used to describe this condo, FANTASTIC !! This place is the whole package. You've got a pristine beach with fluffy powder white sand and the tranquil waters of the gulf. The condo is fully equipped and when i say fully i mean anything from sand toys, chairs, boogie boards. The kitchen is also fully stocked from pots and pans down to a can opener, you name it and it's there. The pictures on this website appear exactly as things really are, just awesome. The view from the balcony as the sun sets is breathtaking.Roseanne and William are jewels. They were very patient with all our settling in questions about the key, washer/dryer and even took some time to help me get wireless on my ipad.Marco Island is amazing. Very friendly people, extremely clean, lots of fun shops around as well. Let's not forget that if you're a seashell lover like me, you're basically in paradise. You can find them from one end of the beach to another, one more beautiful than the other.After our first vacation here this will be our yearly vacation spot, no doubt !!
Located on the 15th floor this spacious condo provides breathtaking views of sunrises from the kitchen balcony and sunsets on the Gulf balcony. Roseanne the owner is very friendly & answered all my questions. Roseanne lives right on the Island so if you need anything she is there. You do not have to bring anything but your clothes. Everything is provided for you. This was my husband and my first time to Marco Island. Roseanne made us feel so comfortable. My husband and I had the most enjoyable vacation. It's a long walk to the beach but you have it all at South Seas especially your privacy. Totally secure, gated community in which you need a key to get in from the beach side. This condo is located near many restaurants. Highly recommend Nene's for breakfast & Joey's for lunch or dinner. We are already planning return trip. Thanks Roseanne

Weekly Rate: $800 - $2,000
Monthly Rate: $3,000 - $5,000
We rent from Saturday to Saturday usually, but there are exceptions.
The condominium complex requires a 7-night minimum stay. There is a
$20.00 Registration Fee per unit per rental, a $250 refundable deposit
and 10% Florida tax.
Week after Easter to week before Thanksgiving $800 weekly and $3,000 monthly.
Week before Thanksgiving to Easter $2,000 Weekly and $5,000 monthly.
Deposits: We require 25% of the total rental fee, plus
the refundable deposit to hold the dates you desire. One month
before your arrival date the balance is due. Refunds Cancellations
must be made in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to the
scheduled arrival date. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel
and the property is not re-rented. If the property is re-rented, all
money will be returned within thirty (30) days of the new booking
