This single storey villa sleeps four in comfort with a good quality folding bed for a fifth person. A small front terrace ideal for breakfast in the sun and a larger patio to the rear with outdoor dining table and BBQ.
The front bedroom has twin beds and the rear bedroom has a double bed. A folding bed provides accommodation for a fifth person in either the rear double bedroom or the lounge area. All beds have 4.5 tog duvets. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A cot (no bedding) and highchair are available on request, at an additional cost.

The carport gives direct access to the comfortable lounge/dining room which has patio doors opening onto a terrace at the front.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker with oven and four ring hob, small dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and sufficient cooking utensils for most needs.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet and sink. There is a second shower in the store room and a second toilet accessed from the rear patio area.
Outside there is a large private rear patio with built in barbecue and a loggia providing shade to the outdoor dining area. There is also a smaller table with a parasol in a stand. Barbecue tools are provided. There is a storage chest with some beach items (wind break, parasol, bucket & spade, tennis rackets etc.).
TV is received via the internet which gives all the normal UK TV (BBC, ITV, Channel 4 & 5) plus other Freeview channels. The TV is also a smart TV with apps for Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and others (check that your subscription will work in Portugal). WIFI is also provided. (Please note that wireless internet and television are provided as a convenience only and are not integral to the rental agreement. No refunds of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use or personal preferences with regard to services)
A children's play area with climbing frame, slide and swings is located near to the villa together with a tennis court (see photos).
There is parking for 2 cars.
Preparing the villa for your stay and cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price.
This is a linked single story villa, approved to Alojomento Local standards (ref:5372/AL), in the enclosed holiday village of Monte Sao Pedro.
Apart from guide dogs, we regret that we cannot accommodate pets. This is for the comfort of following guests who may be allergic to pet hairs etc.

Getting about: The beach is about a 5 minute drive or a 20 to 25 minutes walk along a new footpath alongside the main road into Praia da Luz. There are bus stops outside the main gate with regular services (number 4 bus) to Praia da Luz or Lagos.

Swimming and Golf: The nearest swimming and golf facilities are at Boavista Golf & Spa Resort, about a five minute drive away. To book see https://www.boavistaresort.pt/
