Esta propriedade é um apartamento encantador jardim com o seu próprio pátio encantador e jardim privado e vistas panorâmicas soberbas sobre o mar Mounts Bay para St Micheals Mount ea península Lizard.

A bonita vila, piscatória de Mousehole com lojas e pub original está apenas a 10 minutos a pé. Mousehole luzes de Natal são mundialmente famosos e vai tirar o seu fôlego. O porto de pesca de trabalho de Newlyn é uma unidade de três minutos. Você está três milhas da cidade de mercado de Penzance com um passeio longo, lojas maiores, mercado de artesanato e do porto a partir do qual há de vela diariamente para as ilhas de Scilly. O apartamento, fazendo parte de uma propriedade, foi recentemente remodelado e equipado. Há um construído em placa e forno, frigorífico, máquina de lavar e TV / DVD /. Todos os quartos do apartamento tem vista para o mar. Na frente e abaixo do jardim é uma estrada particular, onde pode descarregar o seu carro e dentro de alguns estaleiros é um espaço de estacionamento gratuito. Roupa de cama, edredons e toalhas não são fornecidas.

What a gem!

What a beautiful, cosy and charming apartment - it has everything a family of 4 could need and is very clean. The views across the bay are breathtaking - unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough at the end of October to be able to sit outside, but we enjoyed the views from every room. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and there is plenty of storage space in each room. The owners are very welcoming and there if you need them. There are three or four large supermarkets in Penzance if you need to stock up, but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance if you'd rather not cook. We had lunch at the Duke Street Cafe in Newlyn, which was excellent. You need to be very hungry if you go there as the portions are huge (but the prices are reasonable). The Bakehouse Restaurant in Penzance was also very good (both can be found on TripAdvisor). We enjoyed days out at the Eden Project and Lizard Point, and otherwise did some local walks. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and it will be the place we'll be staying when we next return to Cornwall.

Fantastic Accommodation

We have stayed in many self catering properties throughout the UK and abroad and this has to be one of the best ones. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and full of character. My husband enjoyed the internet access and I appreciated the heating on a few cool June evenings! The owners were helpful and were on hand as little or as much as you wanted. It is an easy 10 minute walk with views along the coast the whole way into picturesque Mousehole which has several excellent places to eat. Thoroughly recommended!

Beautiful place in Cornwall

We spent great holidays in the Garden & Seaside apartment in Mousehole in May 2013. The property really deserves its designation because the beautifully designed garden and the amazing views from the garden as well as from every room of the apartment to the sea across Mount’s Bay constitute one of its most outstanding features. Sitting on the garden terrace and enjoying these unbelievable views makes you feel like being involved in a Cornwall movie. The apartment itself is furnished with great care and a distinct taste giving it a personal and individual character (just thinking of the pictures on the walls which one will find later on in the galleries of Mousehole, St. Ives etc.). Furthermore, all the miscellaneous things you need in the kitchen and for other household-related purposes to ensure an appropriate stay are carefully provided.

However, a review of this nice property cannot be completed without mentioning the careful hosts Glen and Chris who anticipated every wish or suggestion you might have. As examples for this, we can specifically mention the providing of wireless internet access and unconditional ensuring of appropriate heating at a time when there is normally no need in it.

Finally, one remark with respect to the circumstance that - as stated in the property description - the apartment is “part of an older property”: Although this might suggest otherwise, we could not sense any interference with the owner/host family during our holidays and felt like on our own grounds. So we had a great time in a great place and look forward to coming back.

We have been coming to Bosava for over ten years and every time we arrive there is always a nice bottle of wine and fresh flowers to greet us. Glen & Chris are always very helpful without being obtrusive. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need,we feel it has a nice relaxing atmosphere and the views to St Michaels Mount are stunning. There are some nice local restaurants, 2 Fore Street in Mousehole and the Tolcarne Inn in Newlyn in our opinion are the best. We regard this apartment as an excellent place to unwind and enjoy a pleasant holiday, we intend to carry on returning as often as possible.

A beautiful apartment, clean, cosy, well-equipped and private with a wonderful sea view, the owners welcoming, helpful, and non-intrusive. We've been coming for years and it 's always a joy.

Mousehole, Newlyn and Penzance are well worth visiting as are Sennen (starting point for an easy walk to Lands End) and Lamorna (catch the bus and walk back along the coastal path).

The Penwith Peninsula – the triangle of land between Penzance, St. Ives and Land's End – is packed with stone circles and other archaeological features, its lanes free of traffic. And if the weather is bad on one coast, there's a good chance it will be fine on the other.

The nearby Coastguard Hotel is worth a visit and the Cook Book, St. Just's combined cafe and bookshop, is not to be missed.

Lovely appartment 10 minutes walk into Mousehole

This apartment is perfectly located for exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall. There is so much to do on the doorstep that we didn't need to spend much of the week stuck in the car.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped for eating in (although the choice of restaurants in Mousehole may mean you eat out!).

Glen and Chris were quick to respond to any emails before we arrived and it was nice to have a welcome bottle of wine after the long drive. Although the apartment is actually part of their house we didn't really see or hear them all week. Having in effect your own private garden at the front of the apartment with stunning sea views meant we could eat breakfast or have a glass of wine enjoying the view.

Top tip - take some binoculars and look out for dolphins and seals as we had the pleasure of seeing both!
