complexo. O condomínio é de 1300 pés quadrados. O complexo tem três grandes
piscinas. O complexo de condomínio é limitada pelo oceano para o Oriente e
o Rio Halifax para o Ocidente. A praia é uma praia de carro e não a
complexo de condomínio tem uma passarela de acesso privado à praia. A praia
é do outro lado da rua do complexo e não há
complexo na beira-mar. O condomínio tem uma varanda fechada com tela
com vista para uma das 3 piscinas.
I have stayed in the Ormond beach area for many years and this is the first time I didn't have air conditioning that worked. It would get in the 80's during the day even with fans going. We contacted the owner and he said he would call the AC company. When the AC man came he quickly identified the problem as scaling on the unit but when the owner was informed he decided to send a different AC company to come look at it the next day. This AC man said it was only a dirty filter that needed to be changed which was obviously not the problem. We had to contact the owner yet again when there was no improvement and he said he would send the AC company back out to clean the unit. No one ever came back to fix the unit, we wasted our vacation time staying at the condo to be there for the AC companies to come, we never had working AC and the owner never offered any kind of apology. This was a huge disappointment especially when you are on vacation. We did like the TVs, dining room table and big couch which suited our family of 5. The pools and beach access of Kingston Shores are excellent. The unit needs a lot of attention compared to other units in the area in which we have stayed. The dishwasher, blinds, A/C and fixtures all need work. We would have had a perfect trip if we would have had a nicer unit. The unit is a significant walk to the beach as it is in the back of the complex. You will also need wash cloths which are not provided. We bought some at the Dollar General down the road for $5. We love this area and the people are always friendly. Overall the unit needs continued upgrades to be on par with other units in the area.
Had a great trip (even though the weather was kind of chilly and windy). Condo was very nice, as described and had additional items that made our stay more convenient (beach chairs, a cart and sand toys). It was a little bit of a walk to the beach but it was fine as we were looking for a value rental and this certainly met what we were looking for. Thanks!
My daughter, myself and 5 and 7 year-old grandsons stayed during a Fall vacation week from school, beginning September l9th. There was plenty of room for all of us and the accommodations were great as there was nothing we needed that wasn't already there. As for the beach across the street, we instead opted to drive to Ormond Beach so we could park right on the beach, but it wasn't a big deal to get to. There were plenty of places to eat and I highly recommend Betty's on Rte AlA -- especially if you're from New England and living in GA and can't get real fried clams anywhere in the South! They have the "big bellied" real deal. The condo complex was quiet and uncrowded and the unit was nice and clean. It was a great value for the money and we'd stay there again.
We stayed from Feb 1st until April 30, 2014 and have rented it again for 2015. It is a spacious condo, nicely furnished for a rental, a few housekeeping problems but things were resolved. Quiet, close to the ocean and a very nice walking and cycling path near by. My only complaint about the complex is that the pools are not heated, but that is not the owners fault. The pools and area are very clean and the complex is very well maintained by 2 very personable brothers!
We stayed at this condo in mid May and had a great vacation here. The directions were exact and the owner took care of every detail for us. Everything we thought would be at the condo was there and more, such as really nice beach chairs, towels, a HUGE George Foreman grill, and a great washer and dryer. The layout of the condo was efficient, and with all the closets, we didn't have to look at so much clutter all week. Everything worked and was clean, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable. Maybe because of the month we visited, there were not many people around,and it was quiet, yet we were only a few miles drive down to anywhere we would like to go, like Publix, gift shopping, donut shops, and even Daytona Lagoon. But being next to the state park made the beach so nice. When we went there, we saw very few, if any people. We enjoyed the pool too, which was right outside. It was clean, and the grounds are nicely landscaped. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family, and as a matter of fact, we already have!
I rented this condo with 2 of my girfriends and left our husbands at home. It was very clean and fairly large for a 2 bedroom (2 bathrooms and plenty of closet space). A short walk across the street to a quiet picturesque beach. (beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and body boards provided). A short drive to daytona, and flagler beach and pier just north of you is a must, especially Hurricane Patty's off the intercoastal in Flagler. We also had a day trip to St Augustine for shopping and enjoying the town, only 45 mins north.

To secure the date, a $300 refundable security deposit is required.
For stays greater than one month, a $500 refundable security deposit
Reseveration is confirmed when the deposit is received.
Full payment is required 30 days prior to the scheduled visit. If
you are making a reservation within 30 days, the rent and deposit are
due at the same time. Failure to pay rent, cleaning fee, and taxes prior to 30 days to check in will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Deposit will be returned if there are no damages or excessive cleaning required.
No refund given if cancellation is made less than 30 days before
scheduled visit from June to December and 90 days from January to May.
No pets allowed. The deposit will be forfeited if any pets are
allowed into the unit or the condo complex.
No smoking allowed inside the unit. Smoking is allowed on the balcony if the doors to the unit are closed. Deposit will be forfeited if someone smokes inside the unit. The deposit is also forfeited if more than six people stay in the condo or more than agreed to.
