casa tem dois quartos familiares (3º andar quarto familiar tem 2 futons completo) e nova cozinha aberta (Junho de 2014), com ilha central e novos andares com 2 geladeiras. Os quartos são espaçosos. Com 3 pisos, é ideal para compartilhar com outra família. Tem 2 TV, cabo estendido. um pátio com 2 tabelas que assento 12 e com uma grade do gás Weber com o gás ligado à casa. Tem 4 rainha e 1 cama e 2 futons completo no 3º andar quarto familiar. 4 cadeiras de praia. Ele tem um chuveiro ao ar livre com água quente e fria.

This house has everything our family needed, large kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. There was 14 of us and we did not feel crowded at all. All the bedrooms have double beds so all the adults had their own room. The kids had their own space on the third floor. A short walk to Scarborough Beach is the perfect location. Close to Newport, some of us walked the cliff walk and others enjoyed viewing the mansions. On another day we took the ferry to block island. The older kids enjoyed riding their bikes. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this beach home to anyone with a large family.
We just returned from a week at this amazing home at the perfect location. We stay every year in the Point Judith area but this was our first visit at this home. It is incredibly spacious having three floors. The first floor kitchen / dining/ living room area is beautiful and the perfect size for a large family. We loved the beach theme decor also. There is a nice sitting area outside the living room where you can have your coffee in the morning or barbeque at night. On the third floor there is a deck that has views of Scarborough Beach, the moon at night and also you can see the colors of the sunrise. The house sits high above the other houses so you have great views. You walk out the front door and just walk down the street and there you are across the street from Scarborough Beach. It doesn't get any better than that. The owner, Joanne is quick to answer any questions should you have any. I would highly recommend this beach home to anyone who has a large family or just wants a lot of space. We would definitely return. It is a gem.
We are a family of 11 (3 generations) and this house was ideal for all of us. We could all eat together - inside or out, and had plenty of room to sleep. The house had everything it had stated. The best part was the short walk to the beach and the owner was amazing to work with. I would recommend this house highly!
We have been renting in Rhode Island for years now and we are a family of five. This is undoubtably the Best House Yet! It is ideal for teenagers because there are 2 living rooms with TV's. So there is a beautiful loft upstairs for them to hang out. The home is also newly renovated with a fully stocked, beautiful kitchen. We really like the 2 outdoor tables on the patio with grill and outdoor shower. What we love most is the very short walk to Scarborough beach and the view from the 3rd floor!! It is a lovely neighborhood, too.
Great vacation house had everything you could want except for enclosed outdoor shower but made do with the open air outdoor shower plenty of space in the house large rooms and open space on the first floor.
Our family has been enjoying this rental property for the past five years and we can honestly say that it is one of our favorite vacations that we look forward to year after year. Our children who are now grown and have very busy lives, always find the time for this particular vacation. The description of the house is extremely accurate. There are three levels, the main level has a half bath, pantry, very spacious open kitchen, dining, and family/tv room with two sliding glass doors that leads to a patio with gas grill. On the second level there are three very nicely sized bedrooms; one of the bedrooms has an adjacent full sized bathroom while the other two bedrooms share a full sized bath. There is also a laundry area complete with washer and dryer for your use. On the third floor, you have two bedrooms that are separated by a large loft area that contains two futons for additional sleeping, a full sized bathroom and a deck that allows for a beautiful view of the beach. We often share the house with extended family and we are always more than comfortable with the size, convenience, and layout of this home. The property is constantly well maintained, clean, and continually up-dated with the latest colors and designs as well as all of the necessities you may need and want. If something is missing or happens to get broken, the owners will quickly rectify the problem or any concerns so that your stay is a most enjoyable one. In addition, with the property being so close to the beach, you can easily walk back and forth at your convenience. It is also located to many attractions such as a variety of shops, restaurants, areas for biking, boating, and site seeing, or if you want to visit popular neighboring communities such as trendy Newport, the quaintness of Jamestown or Watchhill, or the fishing community of Galilee where you can take a short boat ride over to Block Island for a day of shopping or relaxing on more beautiful beaches. We always take our boat and with the convenience of many ramps to either the ocean or lakes, we often go fishing, clamming or just boating to take it the many beautiful sites. We would without hesitation recommend this property to anyone and everyone looking for a beautiful convenient home close to the beach and activities that this wonderful area has to offer. Our only concern would be that too many people discover this ideal family vacation home and end up renting all the weeks that are available.
