Praia OOB. Melhor localização / propriedade / tranquilidade e proximidade com a areia do que até mesmo o Grand Victorian em muito menos de metade do preço por semana.
Dois lugares de estacionamento para o mar. Condomínio acomoda até 4/5 confortavelmente
com grande (12'x14 ') de grandes dimensões deck com vista para praia e cais.

This condo was wonderful - clean, close to town, spacious and quiet. The location and beach view were great. I'd book this condo again in a heartbeat.
My girlfriends and I stayed at this Condo for a girls getaway. It was the perfect size for us 3. The bedroom was spacious with a walkin closet and a dresser. The bed was comfy and also had another dresser in the room for oir clothes. The bathroom was a normal nice size (loved the shower head). The living room was a spacious area with a table for 2. The kitchen was cute and appliances were up to date amd clean. The best part was the 2nd floor balcony with great views. My sister slept on the couch and left the patio doors open to fall asleep to the crashing of the rolling waves. For the price we paid in mid Sept it was perfect. Thank you for the great Maine experience. I would recommend renting a car however, many other places to visit of you get bored in OOB.
This condo was great! We took a chance and went mid-late September and got very lucky with the weather, which was a plus! The unit was very clean and suited our needs very well. I do not think there was anything that we needed that could not find within the condo. The view was spectacular and the balcony was a great size for sitting and enjoying it while having your morning coffee or a meal. We would love to visit again! The owner was great to deal with and was very helpful with any questions we had. Overall a great experience and a great place to stay! I would highly recommend it.
The listing of this property was very accurate. The condo was very clean. The owner is very friendly and responds in a very timely manner to any questions you have. He can be reached by phone or email. It was just perfect for myself and my 2 twin great grandsons. The loved to sit on the deck and eat their meals while listening to the waves. The deck is very spacious and has a table with four chairs and a bench to sit on. I would recommend this condo rental to friends and relatives. I will definately be staying again.
To me this must be close to the best rental property in OOB. Things I liked:
-Located only about 300 yards from the pier, and the fun activities. You can easily get by without a car. Many restaurants nearby.
-Located with a direct frontage to the beach, on 2nd floor for a fantastic view
-A spacious deck (about 10 by 10 feet) overlooking the ocean with sun in the am hours in September (it faces east).
- Lovely, well equipped, relatively new one bedroom apartment. No noise problems from people or activities.
-Uses a keypad for entry, a very convenient feature.
-Two parking spaces are allocated with ample maneuvering room
-Price is less than you would think for a property this nice
-Owner was very diligent and responsive. The rental and occupancy process was very smooth
Things I did not like: The only nit I have is that the sofa stands low and is rather soft making it difficult to get back up for old timers like myself
We stayed in this unit for two weeks with our 3 year old daughter; and although the weather wasn't always co-operative; she ran on that beach almost everyday. She absolutely loved it; and rightfully so. It's a beautiful place, amazing views, quiet atmosphere (not a row of hotel rooms), the neighbors were friendly. There is plenty to do and see in Old Orchard Beach and on rainy days we travelled south to New Hampshire and Boston; and North to Portland and Freeport. Will definitely go again, maybe mid-late summer next time.
