What a wonderful time we had in San Jose del Cabo at this property. Everything was clean and very comfortable - great place to relax. I tried as hard as I could to sleep in but every morning I had to pop out of bed take my coffee to the balcony or to the beach and watch the sunrise. Such a treat! The grounds at Bel Air are impeccable! Pools are great! The people were all so friendly. I just couldn't believe how quiet the beach was and how pretty - it was wonderful. This unit has a gorgeous view of the ocean. There were some issues that need to be addressed... a non-functional gas grill, lack of kitchen gadgets, but overall it is a very nice condo and I would stay there again ( as long as the grill has been replaced)
You get more than you pay for! This condo is beautiful and comfortable. My husband and I stayed here with my parents during Halloween and Dia De Los Muertos (ddlm). This unit is on the 2nd floor with a large balcony looking at the Sea of Cortes. 1 master bedroom is on the beach side, and we could listen to the waves from our room at night. The 2nd Master is quiet and private. Both rooms have their own bathroom/showers. The condo had all the conveniences of home. Brad was so nice to work with. I had a few questions about appliances before arrival, and Andres answered me immediately.
From the condo,we enjoyed amazing sunrises, walking on the beach and watching the waves and surfers by Zippers. We can walk to Zippers for meals on the beach, or dancing at night just a couple hotels the other direction, plus fireworks at 10pm on some nights. The pools at La Jolla are immaculately kept and the landscape around the pools and courtyard area is beautiful.
We rented a car (the condo has parking for the unit) and drove to Mega foods for groceries (and Starbucks) but it is walking distance if you like to walk, (about 1 hour walking round trip). San Jose del Cabo is quaint. The cemetery in town is old and beautiful, and during ddlm, it is worth checking out the colorful celebration. We also saw beautiful altars in the town centre, and don't miss the Historic Mission of San Jose Del Cabo Church. We drove to Flora Farms and would recommend checking it out. Their celebration of ddlm included a trail around the property with many beautiful altars.
The drive into Cabo is about 20 minutes away (Costco is in Cabo). Our favorite beach is Santa Maria for smaller crowds, swimming, snorkeling & picnics. The condo had beach towels and a nice ice chest to borrow, and the beach has palm thatch palapas for shade.
For the price and location, you can't beat this deal!!!

Brad responded quickly to inquiries and his calendar was up to date. When the time came for our visit, Andres, the property manager, contacted me by e-mail with access info and directions from the airport. This nuts and bolts part of the process was well organized. We had 4 adults and 2 kids for the week. The separate master suite bedrooms for us and my son and his wife were very nice. The nine year old grand daughters slept on the sectional couch and had plenty of room. The girls loved the warm salt water pool and the area around the pool was family friendly. We loved being right on the beach with the second floor patio/veranda having a great view. We were able to take many walks on the beach which was never crowded. The girls could play at the water's edge, but the surf was too rough for swimming. The rental was well-equipped for cooking dinners at home. The Mega store is very close and had everything we needed. A family came to the parking lot on Tuesday with fresh seafood in ice chests. We bought some of the best shrimp we've ever had. We rented a car and were able to get to San Jose del Cabo Centro easily. We drove to Cabo San Lucas, then Todos Santos and Cerritos Beach, which was great for body surfing, for a day trip. Brad had body boards available for us to take along. Our son's family drove to La Paz one day to kayak and swim with seals. That was a longer trip, but they felt very safe on the highway. This is a great spot for a relaxing vacation. The next door neighbor gave us excellent advice for restaurants and was very helpful in getting us acquainted with the area. We would absolutely stay here again!
This beautiful beach front condo was better than we expected and more than we could have ever asked for. The owner, Brad, was very quick to reply to any questions we had prior to our arrival and his property manager, Andres , was extremely friendly and accommodating.
Not only was the inside of the condo clean upon our arrival, the outside/property was well maintained throughout our stay.
We had family members staying at a near by resort and when they came to visit us they were all very impressed with this unit. We will recommend to all family members and friends that are staying in San Jose Del Cabo to inquire about this property. We will definitely stay here any time we travel to the area again!
