With open plan dining and living space, well equipped modern kitchen and accommodation for up to 7 guests (1 double, 1 twin, 1 triple) 37 Trevithick Court is a great base for groups and families to enjoy a West Cornwall getaway.

Tolroy Manor offers fantastic guest facilities including a pool, bar, shop and restaurant and is a short drive to the amenities of Hayle including restaurants, supermarkets, surf shops, artisan makers and its stunning stretch of 3 mile sandy beach.

Whether you enjoy walking, bird watching, water sports or sight-seeing, 37 Trevithick Court will make a great holiday bolthole…

Open plan living space - Two 2 seater sofas and chair, dining table and chairs, TV, .doors to front of property
Kitchen - Well equipped with fridge, full sized oven and hob with extractor, and all crockery and utensils.
Bathroom - Bath, sink unit door to a toilet cubicle.
Downstairs Twin bedroom - Twin single beds, built in wardrobe and door to rear of property.
Double bedroom - Double bed, bedside tables, large storage space.
Triple bedroom - Three single beds, dressing table and drawers, storage shelves.
Shower room - Shower cubicle, sink unit with large mirror, toilet.
Outside - ​Small patio area to the front of the property.

Useful information - All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.


A message from Toms
Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours' contact number for us too.

The Location
The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

On the doorstep
The property has use of the site facilities which are open March-November and include: tennis court squash court swimming pool sauna games area family club bar area (free wifi) snooker room launderette shop bar meals and takeaway are available.
Further afield
The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.
For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.
For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.
Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.
Whether it is a relaxing laid back holiday or a more action packed holiday you are seeking Hayle Holidays at Tolroy Manor is the ideal place for your Cornish getaway.

Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.

Lovely week
The property was as described, clean and tidy. Easy to find and right next to all the amenities of the park. Check in and check out nice and easy. Grounds generally well kept. Might be a bit cozy for 7 adults or with teenagers. Comfortable for a family of 5 with young children, enough room for travel cots for the twins.

Nice property, not well cared of
The location and the property are great. Unfortunately, we did not feel there is much interest in keeping it nice and clean. We had to clean and defrost the freezer, which was leaking in the kitchen; all around not very tidy. Unable to find a mug... And you have to pay for the wireless- it is written in the description, but on in the one from Home Away website.
