Come relax and enjoy this Mid-Century Redo on a quiet residential street that backs onto the Tahquitz Creek “Legends” golf course, with some of the most amazing uninterrupted views of the San Jacinto Mountains.
The mid century neighborhood is featured in the Modernism Week house tour. Location is very central with easy to access many venues and the best of the desert activities.
The house boasts a large open living space with lots of room for your group to spread out, maybe play some pool, a board game or just relax. It features comfortable, vintage inspired furnishings throughout with dining seating for 8. There are 3 bedrooms with a bonus flex room off the Primary suite and easily accommodates 8 ( MAXIMUM 6 people over the age of 12 & 2 children under 12)
The primary suite with King sized bed is situated on one side of the house with private patio access to the pool. Adjacent to the main bath is the flex room which is set up as an office. It has a double sized hide-a-bed, perfect for those who want their young children close by or simply a comfortable room for those extra guests.
There a two large guest rooms on the other end of the house, each with a queen bed and comfy bedding.
Start off the day lounging by the saline pool, watching the golfers go by or admiring the gorgeous view of the mountains. After a long hot day kick back at the Palapa Bar where you can whip up a cocktail or BBQ a feast.
* note- we purchased this as our families vacation home. In the past few years we have done some major renovations but it will be an ongoing project for us with many more planned upgrades, please keep this in mind as the rates do reflect this. We love to get our guests feedback and suggestions as well :) The latest project to be completed in the spring of 2021 was the total overhaul of the pool deck and pool which now features a seating bench in the shallow end.
While we want everyone to have fun and use all our house has to offer, we do ask that you show some respect as this is our families house and not just a vacation rental.

There is an additional fee of $85/day minimum of 2 days if you would like the pool heated between the months of October thru April. We need a minimum of 36 hours notice if you would like the pool heated.
The City of Palm Springs has a very strict Ordinance that must be followed and agreed to upon booking. Please remember that we do not make the rules, it is mandated by the City and ALL Rentals in Palms Springs have to abide by the same ordinance.
* Minimum age to rent is 25 - Govt ID will be requested
* No Music to be heard outside or at the property line. This includes music from
inside must not be heard outside.
* 1 car per bedroom (max 3 for our property)
* Overnight occupancy not to exceed 8 (no more than 6 people over the age of 12) with 2 under 12 permitted
Daytime occupancy not to exceed 10 - all guest names will be requested
* City of Palm Springs quiet time is 10 pm
