There is a brand new plunge pool with hydrotherapy for swimming & exercise. The pool can be heated or cooled by request for an extra fee. The pool is approx. 4.5m x 4m & has internal steps and a 'love seat' bench. We also have added a lovely 5 person Jacuzzi which can be lit in many different colours at night.

There are magical twinkling night lights wrapped around the tree next to the Jacuzzi & a solar shower so guests can wash off before & after.

The pool has remote control lighting, a water feature and can be lit in a variety of colours with a remote control hand device. We have built a beautiful stone terrace next to the pool & the main terrace has now been extended so the dining table & chairs sit to the side of the terrace.

Plenty of beach towels will be available for guests.

Quality furnishings throughout, very comfortable. Master bedroom with enclosed separate dressing room & en-suite. One south west (sea) facing private garden with all day sun & second private garden on North of the villa - in July & August this garden has sun from early morning.

The master bedroom leads to a private terrace with stunning sea views & has a separate but self-contained en-suite dressing room & en-suite bathroom. You can see the sea when sitting up in bed each morning!

Sonos music system throughout. There's additional waterproof speakers outside, both on the terrace and by the Jacuzzi and pool. Spotify available for those who have their own Spotify account.

Close to many of Marbella's most beautiful beaches. Marbella has over 1400 restaurants to choose from along with beautiful mountain trails, and so many things to do.

The garden has a solar powered shower with back up electric so there's always hot water & there's are luxury sun loungers, 2 with thick luxury cushions.

Communal pool area has a separate children's pool & lifeguard. Children under 12 have to be accompanied by an adult. Pool open 1st May - 15th September.

The fine sand quality beaches of East Marbella are a short 3 km drive. The famous 'Nikki Beach' is a short drive away and the exclusive beach club 'La Cabane' in the prestigious Los Monteros 5* Hotel is close by. The old centre of Marbella is approx. 10 minutes by car. A car is preferrable.

You can visit 2 big water parks or climb in tree tops at Amazonia adventure park Elviria.
