Esta moradia auto-suficientes, é sofisticado e luxuoso, com pinturas originais de petróleo, espelhos antigos, tapetes orientais, elegante 6 cadeira suíte sala de jantar 'Binnehuis', mão esculpida cama king cabeceira e outros móveis de bom gosto para combinar.
We rented this apartment for our 9-day stay in Cape Town and were delighted. It's tastefully decorated and gave us plenty of living space during our extended stay in the city. As we were visiting in the summer, the plunge pool located right behind the apartment in a beautiful courtyard was especially nice. And each morning, we enjoyed having breakfast on the lovely, tree-shaded patio. The location is very convenient for sight-seeing in all directions. We were always able to park our rental car right in front of the apartment. The owner's son-in-law was there to greet us at our late night arrival, and during our stay, the owner checked in to ensure all our needs were being met.
This property was reasonably priced for the season we rented for and comfortably slept 3 people.
We were checked in by Craig which was very friendly and gave us a tour of the property and ensure we were comfortable before he left us.
The owner welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which was a fantastic touch.
This property is located in the heart of Green point and close to great restaurants and the V&A Waterfront. There is allocated parking in front of the property which is great.
All and all a pleasant stay and I can recommend using this property.
Good and inviting description of the property as well as the proximity to the waterfront entertainment and restaurant complex. Certainly well-appointed. Weekly cleaning service an asset. Great Sunday flea market nearby. Friendly and informative neighbors. Well-located as a base to explore beautiful Capetown and its attractions, magnificent seacoast and wine country.
Minor difficulty in being unable to lock back door and we found the fan in bedroom insufficient. Air-conditioning or a ceiling fan would be an asset.

We found this cracking cottage by chance on the internet - and boy did we luck out with it. Fabulous location with plenty of good bars, restaurants, delis within an easy stroll. All facilities were there, including a plunge pool in the central courtyard at the back and your own little outside table for al fresco dining . No, the owner wasn't there to greet us, as someone else moaned about - but two very friendly neighbours were on hand to meet us (at 10pm on a Sat night!) and gave us great advice and recommendations. The bathroom in particular was luxurious. Cleaner comes once a week. Very handy for the city centre and the Waterfront and also the beach resorts. I'd recommend this to anyone who prefers self catering to hotels. A hire car is pretty essential tho' there is a taxi office just a few hundred yards from the front door. Enjoy!
This apartment has lots of nice facilities such as a well equipped kitchen, a lovely bathroom with separate shower cubicle and tasteful furniture in the living area. The location is its best selling point as there are lots of shops and good restaurants within a few minutes walk and the V&A is about a 15 minutes walk. The downside to the property is no air conditioning, cleaning only once a week so you could arrive to a dirty flat, communal outside space and no personal attention from the owner. I enjoyed my stay here but would not recommend it to a friend till the above problems have been dealt with.
