Spacious Modern 3 Bed Villa-Fenced Private Pool & Garden

Our beautiful home joined the rental market in 2017 and has since established itself as a home away from home for guests who enjoy its quiet location, the privacy of its pool deck and its spaciousness.

The Villa is located on the Highlands Reserve Golf Course Estate and is approximately 45 minutes from Orlando International airport and 1 hour from both Sanford and Tampa. Highlands Reserve is only 20 minutes from the main Disney attractions and a further 15-20 minutes from Seaworld and Universal Studios. Highway 192 with all its attractions and restaurants is just 10 minutes from the villa and International Drive is approximately 25 minutes away.

The Villa offers 2400 sq. ft of open plan living area, comprising of:-

* Entrance Hall / Sitting Room
* Formal Dining Room
* Family Room with access to Pool Deck
* Kitchen with Breakfast Nook
* Utility Room with Washer & Dryer
* Master Bedroom (King) with en-suite Bathroom and Study
* 2nd Master Suite (Queen) with en-suite Bathroom and private access to Pool Deck
* Twin Bedded 3rd Bedroom with Bathroom

The home is fully air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans in every bedroom. It sleeps up to 6 people and it has been furnished and equipped to achieve a luxury standard feel.

Externally
* Private (Caged) Pool Deck- west facing- with fenced in yard offering plenty of privacy and all day long sunshine. Pool heat £35 per day and BBQ/Grille hire £70 per week.
* Pool safety guard (removable)
* Illuminated front & rear garden areas
* Home backs onto a nature/conservation area

Stays are available from five days minimum to twenty one days maximum. (£95 admin fee for stays under seven days.) A £70 cleaning fee is payable on all stays under state required post COVID regulations. Late check out- subject to availability and no later than 1pm- can be arranged at £50. If you have any questions , please ask.
Please note- our home is strictly an animal free zone due to severe allergies in our family.

Report any breakages/damage. You will liable for any found and not reported after departure up to max. £500.

Highland reserves house
Such a beautiful home in a quiet residence. My kids loved swimming in the pool and the house included all the kitchen items you would need as if you were in your own home. 20 minutes from Disney world as well The owner responded very quickly to email inquiries and was very pleasant to deal with. We will definitely rent this property again.

Der Pool ist etwas größer als bei anderen Häusern, aber nicht besonders tief. Die Poolheizung funktioniert bei Aussentemperaturen bis 16 Grad gut...kostet aber extra. Es ist ruhig und privat gelegen..leider versperrt der Zaun zum Golfplatz die Sicht auf den Wald...So ist der Sonnenuntergang nur halb so schön. Beim Fernsehen ist Streaming möglich. Leider liegt keine Bedienungsanleitung für den Drucker aus. WLAN funktioniert auch und ist für Streaming geeignet. Die Gartenliegen sind ok, lassen sich aber nicht in eine gerade Position stellen. Die cons sind die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer. Federkern mit einer durchgelegenen IKEA 5 cm Auflage. Wir haben jede Feder gespürt. Kinderzimmerbetten nicht benutzt. Die Töpfe und Pfannen sind nicht mehr schön anzusehen und in der Menge und Größe zu wenig. Die Teppiche sind alt, schmutzig und werfen Falten. Die Deckenventilatoren, wie auch die Lampen im Bad und im gesamten Haus müssten vom Staub und Spinnweben befreit werden. Mit ein wenig Aufwand draußen und im Haus wird es wieder besser. Durch den nicht so guten Schlaf und die wenigen und alten Küchenutensilien war unser Aufenthalt nur gut nicht sehr gut. Die Fahrzeiten zu den Parks sind bei normalen Verkehr über 192 zu Disney und I4 zu Universal ca 45 min. Bei Stau auf der I4 der täglich ist auch schoneinmal das Doppelte.

We have stayed in Highland Reserves at various Villas for thew past 20 years. This Villa was by far the best!!Management company so responsive and polite. The house was immaculate. Definitely would stay there again!!!

My family and I live down on the south coast of England just on the outskirts of Brighton, East Sussex in the UK. We are a very active family and enjoy spending time with friends and family, sport and travelling.

My husband and I are busy professionals and own an independent IT Recruitment business based near Brighton.

We have traditionally spent our Christmas and New Year holidays in the USA enjoying the lovely winter sunshine and climate.

Due to work, school and family commitments however, we are unable to spend as much time over in our beautiful home as we would like and therefore wish to share it with guests who we feel will afford it the same level of care as we do. Hearing that guests love our home as much as we do and how they had a great stay is the best part of hosting!

As a family we have spent the last twelve years holidaying in Davenport and have truly fallen in love with the Floridian lifestyle and everything that the county of Polk and beyond has to offer.

So, when an opportunity came along to own our very own dream home with plenty of room for our family and in one of the nicest locations we'd found, we absolutely leapt at the chance!

We love the privacy and views that we get by backing onto a beautiful natural conservation area. We also have a fully fenced in back yard that surrounds the caged pool & sun deck area and a large open garden with wonderful palm and fruit trees.

Having purchased our wonderful villa in early 2016 totally empty , we completely refitted it with ALL brand new furniture and furnishings as well as nearly every major appliance. This helps ensure a high quality look and feel to the home and allowed us to make it a home from home for us and our guests.
